Faced with a similar situation, as Yulia described. My husband and I arrived at the hotel, having previously booked it on the Internet and leaving a credit card number. The rooms that we booked were not available and we were offered 2 rooms, others, but given the fact that we stayed for 2 days, we would have to move from one room to another 2 times. we refused. We asked the administrator about the refusal of the room and we were told that the money would not be withdrawn. We spent half a day trying to find another hotel. After 3 days from that moment, we received an SMS on our phone that the Forest Hotel wanted to withdraw 1380 UAH from our card, but because the full amount was not on the account, they withdrew the entire amount that was on the card at that time. We began to call the hotel to sort out the situation, what was the matter with us, the administrator began to yell obscenities and hang up. We could not get the phone number of the director from her, nor any actions to return money to the card. Now we are going to contact the police, the department for combating economic crimes, because the administrator at the workplace simply stole money from us! And ruined our vacation!
