We rested in the hotel Atrium (Forest) in August 2008. The first impression of the stairs, of course, was shocking. Steep staircase with no railings and debris all around. Then, seeing the access road, they laughed at their own mountaineering and climbed only along it. Of course it's high. Of course it's cool and hard. But, citizens tourists, this is what distinguishes the southern coast of Crimea. We, detrained residents of megacities, are used to riding an elevator)). But on the South Coast, only at Gorbachev's dacha is the rise on the escalator. The rest have to stomp uphill or take a taxi)). By the way, great alternative. They took a taxi from the center, 40 UAH with a lift to the hotel, 30 without a lift. We decided that we can allocate ten from the family budget))
Little contact with the staff. At sea in the morning, sleep in the evening. The only person with whom I constantly communicated was the administrator Larisa. Only positive impressions! Friendly, smiling, correct. Everything we needed appeared immediately - plates, glasses, an ashtray, extra chairs.
The furniture is very good, the impression of the room is positive, and the air conditioner worked and the TV))) (I have encountered in my life with a non-working air conditioner, and you? )))

The shower stall, however, dampened the overall impression) After the shower, I found a puddle on the floor. I spat on this matter and went to admire the sea view)) The maid, also quite adequate, reacted without tantrums to the demands to put something in order.
The kitchen is not very impressive. They only ate there when there was no other choice.
The territory is being landscaped, a fountain is being built, and railings are being repaired. It's annoying.
But, in my opinion, the main thing is the mood. The desire to see the positive. You can find flaws anywhere. And maybe dignity. We paid 200 UAH per day for a comfortable stay. For comparison, 50 UAH per person in the private sector without amenities.
