We are in this hotel for the second time. Nature is good. Therefore, in principle, we would have come to terms with other troubles, if it were not for the last evening of our stay and the terrible communication with the "director", as she calls herself, Natalya. Rude person.
Several times we ate at a food establishment on the territory, you can eat, the prices are not cheap, but that's what it is. But one day, I took the glass in my hands, and the bottom just broke off. It is good that the glass did not fall on his feet. And we called the waiter to wipe the table and clean the glass. Why were we immediately told to pay for the broken dishes, although I did not hit them. We refused to pay and called the administrator, the same rude "director" Natalia. Cameras are directed at the tables. We asked to look at them and make sure that the glass just broke on its own. Natalya cleaned herself off as much as she could.
We were not concerned about the price of these dishes, we spent a lot of money in this establishment for two nights, but we fundamentally did not want to pay for their low-quality dishes. In the end, Natalya came to our house to bring the recordings from the camera, without even watching them, and once again said that we had to pay, otherwise she would call the police. What we agreed to. She was surprised that we agreed to the challenge. And of course she didn't call anyone. Already standing next to us, I watched the recordings from the camera. She made sure that no one broke the glass and did not even think to apologize for the quarrelsome evening and mood.

On the following day, the director named the sum of UAH 1.250. It is extremely strange for guests to pay for a gazebo on the territory for such funds. Sit and at least eat your pie, if you don't plan to eat in a restaurant, you can either in the room or sitting on the ground.
