When booking rooms require 100% prepayment and do not say a word about possible interruptions in electricity and water. They promised to distribute bottled water until there is a centralized water supply, but they never did it (over time, I only noticed a filled bottle near the administration, they didn’t even bother to say that they could come up and take it).
On the territory there is a small lake and woods. But there are also two or three pavilions for 20-30 people, which are rented to everyone (not only to the residents of the complex). As a result, our stay in this picturesque corner was diluted with the booze of several companies.
Although the renovation in the room is not bad.
In the end, I want to say that the attitude towards the guests is PIG. For them, the main thing is to collect money, they don’t give a damn about your stay.
