Terrifyingly not a pleasant girl who gives out the keys to the rooms. Her unfriendly facial expression and tone instantly spoil the attitude towards the hotel. In 20 minutes, they changed 2 rooms because there was a terrible stench in the room. But compared to this unpleasant special stench was a rainbow. Dear management, pay attention to this complaint, believe me, I'm not the first one who was pissed off by this lady.
