Nice and comfortable place when everything goes smoothly. In our case, it turned out that almost immediately after our settlement, the light went out, which resulted in the absence of any amenities in the house. Counting on a comfortable stay, we found ourselves in Spartan conditions. There is no electricity, no water (because it worked from pumps), it’s stuffy outside, in the house, of course, too, we are sticky, sweaty, we wash our hands, vegetables and everything else, pouring water from the well, and sit by candlelight.

All attempts to provide our house with electricity using a generator have failed. In addition, we got a buzzing generator under the window that powered the neighboring house. Only in the morning we had electricity, and we were able to calmly take a shower. Ultimately, renting such an expensive place didn't make any sense. The administration reluctantly agreed to a 15% discount when we ourselves raised this issue.
But that is not all. By the time of departure, a car was supposed to come for us, but it turned out that they were not letting it through at the checkpoint, because exercises were taking place at the training ground. And to the checkpoint go 6 km. As a result, our driver left, and "kindly" agreed to take us to the point where we called a new taxi. I had to pay for both the first and the second car.
The workers on the spot did everything in their power, but the lack of a normal organization in case of force majeure was evident. Anything happens, but I would like to see a more customer-oriented service.

We were looking for a villa or something away from the city, found photos on the Internet, liked it, what a surprise it was when we arrived at the place (the road, of course, leaves much to be desired), when we got to the place, everything turned out to be much better and more beautiful than on a photo.

Friendly staff, excellent home cooking, very cozy and homely. Near the river with pleasure walked and caught fish. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food, there is a cool barbecue and a gazebo. The area is amazing, the designer can be seen to work. I liked everything very much. We will definitely come again.
