We were also lucky to rest in this boarding house and the rest was spoiled from the first day. But everything is fine.
It all started with a conversation with the manager Katerina and studying the information on the boarding house website and other sources - OWN BEACH, cinema, billiards, pizzeria, new furniture and fairly low prices, as for August (600 UAH per day), but not everything was so iridescent, as has been said.
Also, Kateryna and I arranged the moment of the early settlement, because we were supposed to arrive at 6-7 am, to which the girl replied - they say, don't worry, they will settle as soon as you arrive.
And here we are in the Surf. Entering this green area (the only plus is that there are many trees), we saw a completely neglected lawn, unfriendly rooms, 3D cinema was like a toilet. Around 7 am, after going to the reception desk, after a long journey, we saw a girl who looked more like a sleepy fly, was incompetent in all matters and could not help. When asked "your manager Kateryna said that we will be settled at any time", the girl retorted "and our Katya promises everything to everyone and does nothing. " We do not apologize for the inconvenience, nor do we apologize for what happened, we have not heard anything like that. And after all the problems that befell us, the staff did not apologize for anything. I had to walk until 9 am on the waterfront.
We were settled after 9 o'clock, when the administrator Yaroslav decided to come to work and, being in a kind of melancholy. And there was a feeling that all this melancholy staff is sitting on some soothing, all behave like sleepy flies.
But when I had to sit in the lobby (because.
there is no wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby and near the building), often the staff sat and discussed all the problems, washed each other's bones and inflated the situation with their eternal problems. The girl Anna (as her name seems) is also incompetent. I urge the directors of this boarding house - review your staff, I strongly recommend.
So ...When we went to our Comfort room (it's scary to imagine what the Standard is there), we saw not new furniture, as in the photo. No beautiful blankets on the bed, no iridescent curtains.
There was dust everywhere, there were two single beds, far apart (although we needed one double bed), on the wall between the beds hung an old sconce, which barely held, and I was sure that at night it would fall on us; blankets and pillowcases are white and cheap, like in a hospital; in the closet, the feeling that someone had died before our arrival, and in it, two old grandmothers were waiting for us biting blankets ...we had to sleep under the sheets. The balcony, although overlooking the sea, but full of sadness - very dirty, hanging rope (then we realized that it is for drying clothes), there is a dilapidated chair, dirty air conditioners and in the corner - a big black spider.
The refrigerator smelled, the bathroom was rusty, there were no towels, soap, too, rags for the floor (at least the oldest, so you can wipe the water), I did not wait. We asked for towels in the morning and came to the room in the evening, so we did not see them.
I had to go down and ask again - in response, the type was forgotten (and then gave two large terry towels, they did not smell fresh) (()).

We did not manage to have a rest in this wonderful number, in this eternal dust. I had to go early in the morning and come in the evening.
By the way, the boarding house is far from the center and you have to stretch your legs before you come to normal cafes and a decent beach, well, 15 minutes.
For a disco, billiards, dining room, own pizzeria - I will be silent after all the horror. we did not dare to go there.
The beach ...My own ...Well, it is not fenced, there are no people on it, because the stones mixed with cigarette butts are not very attractive, and near the pizzeria, I did not see anyone.
These pink bracelets, you walk as noticed! (The bracelet must be presented every time you enter the territory).
But the biggest disappointment and the last straw was the water, which was electrocuted when one evening we returned to the room! I saw this for the first time! I had to wait until a plumber (like an adequate man) came and solved the problem. And the water was not always hot. There was a case when I stood in the bathroom for about an hour, so the water became cold or hot.
Unfortunately, I can't add anything good. I was looking forward to when we finally moved out of the ill-fated 628th room and moved to a normal hotel (fortunately, we found one! ).
Also, I forgot to mention the holes in the doors (unfortunately, not photographed), corridors, as in the horror movie, completely unlit, broken doors in the room, old windows, perpetual dust, uninsulated wires sticking out everywhere, and the elevator does not always work.
Would not recommend this boarding house to anyone!
By the way, the only one who greeted us kindly after arrival was a cute dog, no one else and no apologies, no words!
Dear administration, I hope someone will respond to these comments and all faults and problems will be eliminated.
And I hope that the inspecting authorities will get to your boarding house and arrange a global inspection.
