I want to say right away why the choice fell on the Olvia boarding house. The fact is that my husband and I used to rest here (in 2013 and 2017), and when it was decided to go to the Iron Port this summer, the issue with the boarding house did not arise. We loved him so much, everything suited us. This time the boarding house was DISAPPOINTED!!!
I'll start with a number. We, like the last two times, ordered a junior suite. On the site, everything is perfectly painted what is included in this room (although we already remembered it well). When we entered, I immediately realized that this was not a junior suite. The room is much smaller, a lot of things are missing. I must say right away that I am not a conflict person, I will rather look for pluses than minuses. The issue of the room was not raised, especially since we are here for the 3rd time, you never know what has changed. But the cons fell one after another.
The bed linen is just in a terrible state: worn, stained, which can no longer be washed, the pillows are in clods, and the springs bulge out of the mattress. Towels are old and stained.

The next negative is the sockets. There are only two of them, one of which was intended for the air conditioner, and the second for the TV under the cabinet. Well, you can not turn on the TV and charge your phones one by one (funny, right? ), But!! ! where do you connect the refrigerator? Where the outlet from the air conditioner is not an option, the cord will not reach. I had to drag the refrigerator closer to the TV, and later buy a tee. class, right?
Next is the bathroom. There is no hot water in the tap; Thank God it was in the shower. But in the bathroom there was constant dampness, as everything leaks everywhere.
WIFI!! ! Connect, well, I don’t know with what attempt it is possible, and if it was possible, then everything was immediately turned off. It was creepy! ! I can’t post a photo, it’s impossible to call relatives and friends through viber, the connection was immediately cut off, and at any point on the territory of the boarding house.
And the last thing that finally put an end to it is the issue of nutrition! I must say right away that the food is homemade, tasty, varied... This is a plus!! ! Previously, we had three meals a day, no questions arose. This year, when we ordered tours, the travel agency told us that now only breakfasts are included, but there, on the spot, you can order lunches and dinners. No problem. On the second day, we ordered dinner, paid for it, but when we arrived (and the very first ones), no one was going to serve it to us. Honestly, we felt uncomfortable. We were about to raise this issue when the owner drew attention to us. His question killed us: “Did you order dinner? ”. And he forgot that we paid him. Then they brought it, the owner somehow apologized, but the mood was spoiled. And after that we no longer ordered either lunch or dinner. It's a dot, but not a fat one. Fat point was on the last day. We were given breakfast before check out. We came, took cutlery, bread (as always), made coffee, sit, wait for our breakfast to be brought to us, but again no one is going to carry it to us (as with dinner). Everyone looks at us like we're idiots. This is where the question of how you treat your customers comes into play. Couldn't those who delivered food come up to us and clarify whether we are eating or not, although this is so obvious. What, we just took the forks and sit. Just a complete disregard on their part. In general, we quickly finished our coffee and left. Then, of course, they told the owner about it. But he did not even apologize, but simply said: “I have resolved the issue, go have breakfast! ”. No thanks, no appetite. And after all this, I wanted to go home faster.

If this was our first vacation in Olvia, it would be easier, but after this time there was a residue, what is there, disappointment. And most importantly, we advised all our friends. . . We will return to the Iron Port, but never to Olvia.
