I understand that situations are different, but it’s a completely different thing when the higher management goes forward and tries to solve this problem as quickly as possible, and it’s completely different when they impudently rude to you, as if the water was turned off because of you, and you still you're pushing someone to fix the problem. The manager is a very unpleasant person, it is enough to talk to him once to regret coming to this base at all. If not for such a disgusting attitude, in general, it’s not bad there, but even this “not bad” does not compensate for all the negativity that we received while communicating with this person.
