Ужасно Terrible

Outwardly, a normal hotel, settled in building 1 - it's terrible. The Internet does not work, the TV did not work, instead of the hood there was a hole in the floor, and at the same time the bathroom was in a terrible state. Instead of an extractor hood in each room in the bathroom, there is a window into the common corridor, etc. Worse than a cheap hostel. We moved to building 2 (with a surcharge), the conditions are a little better, at least the doors, the bathroom is better, the Internet does not work, it is not always cleaned, and such an old, bad-smelling rag that we had to air out the smells for a long time. After that, they simply did not let us clean up.
They don't take out the trash, nobody changed the linen. The mosquito net on the balcony door was broken and kept falling off. Animal fleas were jumping in the room. They write on the site that animals are not allowed, but alas, we saw exactly three dogs. I am not against animals, but not everyone can live in a room where there was a dog. There are people with allergies. . .
What absolutely killed! At check-out, when we rented out the room, the maid asked which towels were clean and which ones we used, well, apparently, so as not to wash the extra ones, but if we just touched them with our hands, what then? So after us they will be offered to the next guests who come to the hotel. The cafe on the beach did not work, if you need a hotel employee, then you will not find anyone on the spot. we won't go here again.
