The plumbing is dirty, the toilet was not washed before our settlement. The bed was full of sand, asked to change. The maid came running, threw everything on the floor (including a blanket without a duvet cover), shot a clean sheet, and a blanket from the floor on top. My horror knows no bounds! The walls and furniture are all dirty, they have never even been tried to be washed. It feels like we are renting a room with a grandmother for 50 UAH, and not a hotel room for 820 UAH.
