They were evicted late on the evening of the 28th, immediately after they were evicted, the water supply to the building was turned off, and it would be fine in the morning - supposedly the staff was still sleeping, we went to the sea, but the water did not appear even during the day... none, that is, neither wash nor go to the toilet and the bus is coming soon
a joke was born - that only in this hotel you can feel like a VIP involuntarily, because if you want to be clean, you have to wash yourself with mineral water and wipe your limbs from the sand with wet wipes....

We traveled as a group of three (two adults and a 6 year old). Green and well-groomed territory (pines, birches, cypresses, roses. . . ) - which is amazing on the coast. The buildings are built wisely - the rooms are not hot (that's why there is no need for air conditioning). The owner (Vasily Iosifovich) is very friendly, it feels like you are visiting an old friend : ) The room is small and cozy.

You can walk to the sea in two ways - 15-25 minutes. Near therapeutic mud "lakes". Beautiful landscape, interesting combination of landscape and plants. Rest is not for the lazy, which made us very happy. Walks to the sea and back did not let you relax - instead of training! For us, this is just a plus. Food without frills, quite normal. They bought fruits and seafood at the market (it's all somewhat more expensive than, for example, in Kyiv). Of the shortcomings - the lack of Internet in the rooms, only in a street cafe and near the dining room you can normally read mail through the local Wi-Fi. The child was running around with new friends around the territory - the children are interested here. The sea is clean, the beach is not crowded. Relax and have a good time! If you go in a good mood and turn a blind eye to our "cultural" vacationers, then this place is quite suitable for a pleasant stay!

- good buildings

- renovated bathroom (new tiles, plumbing too, see photo)
- there is a dining room
- there is a summer kitchen for those who cook themselves
- there are trampolines, cafes, Wi-Fi, shalyks and barbecues, etc. (I don’t know what was there in the summer)
- there is no disco (+ for me, minus for someone), who needs it - then the nearest party is 5-10 minutes walk.
- next to the old Soviet sanatorium - if you want, you can arrange and go for a massage, electrophoresis or ask the doctor how to take mud or swim in the estuary.
Regarding the cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory, I read complaints here: people who have not lived cannot appreciate the cleanliness.

In my opinion, everything is fine. Plus, for such neat people like me - I always carry a rag and a small 100 gr. detergent, and I wipe everything myself. And then I live quietly for two weeks.
Regarding the sea: a review with a photo is good. The view from the mountain is magnificent. On the left is the estuary, on the right is the sea. Walk 10-15 minutes. You can bypass through the center of the village and shops - 25 minutes.
The sea is clean, warm, there are few people. Which is just great.
The bay is not dirty. Its composition of salts and trace elements is such that the water is clean, but visually dense, and seems muddy compared to the sea (Who was on the Caspian Sea? It is bitter and muddy. But it is actually clean. Or the dead sea? it is useful to take baths - up to 20 minutes, for the skin and prono-motor. systems.
The owner - believe me, is also a normal person. Like all owners of camp sites: sincere, pleasant.
