Comfort class room bought breakfast (120 UAH) My advice is not to buy.
The number itself is not bad, but the trouble is in the shower, the fungus, the smell from the sewer to fainting.
The sheets are shamefully small, turned twice and crumpled-sleeping on the mattress. Hotels buy sheets with ropes that tighten on the mattress!!!
Shame on the administration.
Cleaning, as written on the site (once every 3 days), was not interrogated, just sweep!
There is no wifi!
Buy a router, don't be greedy.
But the canteen is a separate issue.
The first few seats, the price for dinner is not justifiably high.
Medium-sized croissant and tea = 120 UAH.
Their oatmeal does not come with yogurt, as in their menu, but with sweetened milk.
But for comparison, a complex lunch for 100 UAH. in the dining room by the sea
A full plate of soup or borscht, mashed potatoes + 2 sausages or fish, or cue ball + salad + compote.
The sous chef is a disgrace.
And here are some more fruits, a separate joke. Fruit ATTENTION they call a piece of watermelon, thick with a finger - this type is also included in the complex breakfast, but they bring it only if you ask.
POOR POOR FITS thank you for your patience!
The territory of the hotel itself is not fully landscaped, it seems to be on the turn, along the railway on the one hand, children's attractions and the junction of 3 roads on the other. To the sea at a leisurely pace 20 minutes (to a good beach).
Parking and barbecue, unlike private traders, are paid.
In comfort, I note that the pool is good, the water is cleaned by a robot, the territory is clean.
More about the nearest beach, there are no trash cans and trash cans. There are no toilets. There are no dressing rooms. Soul is not.

I want to say that we went there with two families (they have the same situation, they made an advance payment, a confirmation came to the phone that there was a room reservation). Upon arrival, when we approached the manager, he said that neither we nor the second family that was traveling with us had any reservations. He says that the number we called and booked has nothing to do with their hotel (although the number is written on their website). After a half-hour verbal skirmish, we were promised to find rooms, the mood was gone, but we decided to stay and see how it all ends.
2. We were settled in an old building on the second floor, the entrance to which was outside the building. There is nothing in the room! An old TV with a kinescope and a non-working remote control (the TV still turned on after some time, but the channels did not work there). There isn't even a teaspoon in the room! There is nothing but a bed and an air conditioner. You can't open the window because after two meters there is a highway and after 20 meters there is a railway! The toilet and bathroom stank so much that it was extremely dangerous to go there, especially for children. Everywhere there is mold, fungus, the stench in the toilet is terrible, the taps are not adjustable, the water goes either hot or cold - smooth adjustment is not possible.

Yes, the pool is large and clean, the slides are working, everything is fine, BUT there are puddles around the pool and slippery algae have already formed on the tiles, children fall, hit their heads against the tiles, break their knees, BUT NOBODY IS ABOUT THIS! The main thing is to cut the dough! Near the pool there is a summer terrace where you can drink beer or have lunch, but right next to the tables there are three public toilets and showers - the smell of the toilet is not pleasant enough. We were here last week, rested for 4 days, very lucky with the weather, the sea is clean and warm. The service at the hotel is good, we chose a comfort room, the food was delicious in the dining room. Our family vacation was a success.

The hotel is very well maintained and comfortable to stay. The hotel has a luxurious swimming pool, as well as other entertainment that will not make vacationers bored. We rested in Fakel in August. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, so we were immediately settled. We took a 3-bed economy room for the whole family. I liked the room, clean and comfortable. Comfort for two. The conditions were agreed in advance. All the amenities, everything works, but did not work, they fixed it immediately within an hour quickly and efficiently. Clean, tidy. I liked the pool, the balcony, the attitude of the staff. Sea, supermarket, station nearby. Everything for a relaxing holiday at an affordable price.

We stopped at the Fakel Hotel on the advice of our friends who had a rest here last year. Moreover, the beach is nearby, there is a swimming pool, various entertainment, the rooms are always clean and in order. They have everything you need for everyday life. The view from the balcony is amazing, the facade is very nicely decorated.
