On 08/08/17, the administrator called and said that people from Belarus would be accommodated instead of us - they paid more ??? ? I work as a travel manager, when this happens with holidays abroad, they always give an alternative, make concessions. Overbookings happen. But to refuse accommodation and say look for housing further, 2 weeks before a major festival, where housing is sold out in a month - this is disgusting. Say hello to the director. for such an attitude.
I always smile when it comes to the development of tourism in Ukraine. We still do not have a civilized approach, and the owners have an excessive desire to earn money in the "season".

Secondly, some sockets in the room did not work, probably to save money. Thirdly, there is a terrace, but it is all covered with a net and entwined with plants, so the room is in twilight around the clock, which acts depressingly. there was no closet in the room, it was assumed that the things of two people would fit perfectly on two hangers and two shelves in the corner. There is no soap or towels in the bathroom. This was number one, maybe the others are better, I won’t say.
