The second time I rested with my husband and son in the First Guest and never regretted it !!
We were met by the hostess Galina, a very pleasant and attentive woman, who, like last year, throughout the rest (literally! ) took care of our comfort.
The food is very good quality, the portions are huge! Everything is the same as last year, only there were several times more choice on the menu.
We lived in a fairly spacious and clean room. The current cleaning was done according to our desire, very carefully. From the room there is access to the terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner overlooking the cozy courtyard. It was hot at lunch, so we ate in an air-conditioned room, and on cooler days - next to it in a shady gazebo : )
I hope this year I will be able to get to rest in the First Guest. Last year, we made it a little longer until the last minute, and everything was already booked for the dates that were convenient for us, so we had to change the vacation time.

When we arrived, Zatoka was crowded. I have never seen such an influx of people. On the beach, I inadvertently heard the stories of people who were vacationing in other hotels during the same period: at first they booked a room and sent an advance payment at one price, and when they arrived they were told the price was twice as high. In case of refusal, they were returned the advance payment and settled with them other applicants at the highest price, which at that time were plentiful. Once again I was convinced that we were in the right place and with conscientious people. In the First Guest, everything agreed upon was fulfilled, at what price we booked, at this price we lived.
I was very surprised by the guest’s previous review, I don’t know what time she had a rest (we were in August 2015), but there were none of these negatives during our vacation. The owner, Yuri, is a very responsive person, any technical issues were resolved very quickly, for example, several channels did not show for us, and everything was set up within an hour. We also asked for an extra blanket and they gave it to us right away. Towels were changed at our request every 2-3 days. The attitude and conditions are top notch, and clearly 100% value for money!
We wish Galina and Yuri further prosperity! We want to visit you again this year! Thanks!!
