We rested at the end of June 2017 with a family of four. Impressions are excellent. The hotel is wonderful, close to the sea. The room is spacious with enough new furniture and comfortable beds. The room and the hotel are clean, clean towels and bedding, the maids are constantly wondering if they should change the bedding.

The owner of the hotel, Alexander, took the initiative himself, helped a lot, I would have spent a lot more nerves and time alone and the rest would definitely have been spoiled. As for the hotel itself, we personally did not want to leave there : ) Cozy homely atmosphere, we were lucky with the arrival - there was a great company. The hotel staff responded quickly and positively to all our requests, for which many thanks to them. The hotel has everything for a normal stay - cozy and tidy rooms with TVs, air conditioners, showers, toilets, there is a balcony in the room and a large common one where you can have a great evening in the company with a glass of local wine and enjoy the sunset : ) The sea is nearby in 2 minutes walk. There is a place for car parking. The railway is nearby, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience to us personally, we came with a 3-year-old child, the child was delighted every time he saw the “train” : ) In the train room, it was almost inaudible, because there are plastic everywhere window. In general, we really enjoyed our vacation, and if we succeed, we will definitely come there next year!

The rooms are slowly deteriorating - we had a creaky bed with a medium-sized mattress, the fixtures at the toilet fell off. There are no hooks in the showers - very inconvenient. The self catering kitchen is just awful. Dirty, everything about everything - two electric kettles, one microwave, one gas stove for 4 burners. Cooked in turn - while the service is paid))) The owner is a very unpleasant person, he reacts to criticism with rudeness. For the sake of economy, they recruited Dniester girls of 18 years old as servants - the only thing they know how to do well is to bulge their eyes in fear. A strong impression was made by a narrow staircase and low ceiling headstock - places for a headbutt. And all this happiness is quite - still for a good price. For picky tourists who value cleanliness, comfort and service, this is a bad choice.

We took a 2-seater (2 adults and a child of 2.5 years). The bed is great and wide. There was enough space. The room has a TV with 50 channels, a refrigerator, air conditioning, everything worked fine. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower with a side and a curtain. There were no blinds, but there were excellent dark brown curtains that completely drowned out the rising sun (the room on the 2nd floor overlooked the train flights). There were no problems with plumbing and the supply of gar / cold water. Everything is clear!! ! The staff is responsive, the owners are SUPER!! ! We ordered lunch and cooked breakfast and dinner ourselves. Lunch is more than decent portions, we took 2 portions of lunch and 3 compotes (they didn’t take money for the 3rd compote for a child, a trifle but sooo nice). 2 servings were enough to eat all 3. Everything is very delicious. The kitchen for guests has everything you need, including all the utensils, from a spoon to a rolling pin))). The sea and the estuary are very close. The beaches are clean and uncrowded. Among the shortcomings: the next time we are in Zatoka, we will stop here, just away from the railway flight, we are fine, but the child was a little disturbed by the trains at night, but again A LOT, this is not tragic. But the advantages of almost all other bases located on the first line end with this: dirt, noise, garbage....we know we lived before this hotel and are very glad that the rest ended with them.
