Very bad service, boorish and does not combine with the sphere of customer service and relaxation. the administrator Yulia was especially distinguished, who, without showing or telling anything, took the payment, pointed with her finger where to go and that's it. Her communication with clients is just the height of unprofessionalism. If not for this factor, other things could be closed eyes. But thanks to the "work" of this employee, all the impressions are terrible from the base. Despite the excellent-looking houses, clean beach and sea. In addition to all this, there is a very unpleasant smell in the rooms, which does not disappear, but forget about food in general. What they call food (in our case, breakfast is hardly food). They were satisfied with the inflow, they were very dissatisfied with the base! I never recommend to anyone.
