We chose this hotel because friends had already settled there.
Settlement: we chose a room, paid 1200 + for extra for it. place 300 UAH. + for parking 30 per day + tourist fee and went to the beach. After 3 hours, the husband went for the key. We go into the room the bed is not brought! The room is very tiny and where they will put it is not clear. The room has a refrigerator, table, cabinet, wardrobe, TV, table and 2 chairs. The condition of the room is ok, but the shower is terrible.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, but inside it is not comfortable because of the very small rooms. They don't have photos of these rooms on their website. But they have rooms that are not for rent (that is, for themselves and their friends) - here are the photos of these rooms and posted on the site.
Service is just awful. There is a food service in the room while asking: "Cover the soup, please, so that it is hot and without sand and dust" - every other time. Children's animation was declared - no.

A friend filmed on the first line. When they settled, nothing worked!! ! Thank God they fixed it)) What impressed me was the large terrace. They arrived for 2 weeks and ended up wanting to leave 2 days earlier. They refused to return the money. In the cafe-restaurant, coffee is tasteless, breakfast is also not a fountain. Some kind of "chicken" was running, probably one of the housewives, and smoking at the same time, the waiters were lost, they did not know the basic things that you need to bring salt when serving.
Conclusion for 3 nights of stay: Zatoka is well... pa, in which they ask for a lot of money and do not give the corresponding service.
