In 2017, the Bless Resort Hotel has deteriorated a lot. They came 2 years in a row, but now there is not a foot. And there are many reasons for this. You seem to be going on vacation, and in return you get some kind of camp with a bunch of incomprehensible rules and conditions.
1. Pool. By the pool you can't drink your water or beer. You are obligated to buy it in a restaurant (when you have already ordered 2 cocktails and a hookah from them). If you want to drink your own, then for each open bottle +50 UAH. Shame on you? Your guests already rent rooms and eat exclusively in your restaurant.
2. Service. The administrator of the restaurant and the hotel does not make any concessions. You cannot eat food in the room. They don't have room service!
