We chose a hotel in an hour, the owners of the hotel, Victoria and Yuri, met us, checked in quickly, gave a room in the new building, the room was good, everything worked properly, very friendly staff, insanely delicious food in the dining room, very not expensive, the atmosphere of the hotel is friendly, pleasant, evening gatherings, by the end of the holiday you feel like in one friendly family.

There is only one drawback, the windows overlooked a construction site, a trash can and a sewer, every day, a "shit truck" comes to pump out all the muck, there is a crazy stink from it) it's not very pleasant !!! In general, I liked everything, thank you very much!!! If you go, then you need to choose windows to the courtyard and you will like the rest !! !

To our dissatisfaction, the administrator suggested that we contact her travel agency (Hollywood Travel - also not worth contacting). This option did not suit us and we offered the administrator to return the money for our accommodation and disperse, the girl did not like this and she ran to us to vacate the room on the first floor. As a result, they settled on the first floor, although not nearby. The administrator told us: what difference does it make to you on which floor to live? We replied that we do not want the children to run up the stairs (children 6 and 7 years old), to which she told us that we already have adult children and they are completely independent. On the penultimate day of vacation, both families rested near the pool, the children swam, walked along the pool, at some point an employee of the camp site next to the pool opened the hatch without marking it in any way and without warning anyone (the hatch is about 1 * 1 m square), ourthe child, walking along the pool, did not see the hatch and fell into it, thank God the matter ended with abrasions, although it could have ended with fractures. The administrator flatly refused to provide assistance, call an ambulance to the child and admit her guilt. Instead, the one who said that our children are completely independent, said that we must constantly hold our children by the hand and monitor them.

The hotel looks amazing! But only at first glance. In room 210 (quadruple) the old building was broken in fact everything!! ! The refrigerator froze weakly, it was impossible to close the closet, the socket was broken, the clock did not run, there was only cold water in the tap, and water was blowing in the shower.

We were given four tiny hand towels! ! There were no dishes in the room, and when asked to give one plate from the dining room, they said ''there are so many shops around with disposable tableware. Instead of a double bed there was a semi-broken sofa. For four people, the room is nine meters. In general, do not choose this recreation center, otherwise you will ruin your entire vacation.
