Nice playground, our son used to hang out there all the time. We liked the rest, next year only in the Admiral, we advise everyone!

Arriving at the hotel, it turned out that the car would not be allowed into the territory until the settlement was issued. My husband was forced to stand under the gate on a narrow street, blocking the way for pedestrians and other cars... I went to settle with the child.
When I said that we would be 1 day less, the administrator said that it was impossible to shorten the period and that we pay for all 10 days, and leave or not, as we want. Of course, I understand that this is an inconvenience for the hotel, but in the end I warned 9 days in advance, the room will definitely not be empty during the high season, and even on the weekend, and besides, such situations with tourists are likely to happen quite often on this the account must have instructions from the administration. For all my arguments, the administrator took out money and said that we could go and look for other housing. Of course, with a 3 year old child, after a long journey, we decided to stay and pay half the day, which we will not live.

1. Old furniture, terribly creaky beds, not freshly renovated for a long time.
2. There is no kettle in the room.
3. Drains in the sink and shower give off a sewer smell that gets worse at night.
4. Parking is paid separately for 25 UAH, and most of the cars are put on another base, i. e. the vehicle is out of sight.

6. Dirty blankets. We did not use it, and our neighbors asked them to wash 1 blanket of the day to cover the child, and they were refused.

The first thing I would like to say is that the goodwill and interest of the administration to the guest ends exactly at the moment when the money for accommodation is paid. Further, your fate is no longer of interest to anyone. Moreover, I noticed that the administrator was nice to some select, apparently guests. As friends, we clearly did not fall into this circle.
And now for the base itself.
The location is really excellent. A wonderful view of the beach opens directly from the balcony (we lived in building 3).
About the room itself.
It is quite spacious and light. Windows and balcony door - metal-plastic. There is a mosquito net on the window, which was very nice.
The double room has a double bed with a mattress from which springs stick out.
Next, 2 bedside tables, 2 chairs, a table, a refrigerator, a TV and a conder.
On the table, our eyes showed a tray with cups from my deep childhood)) you know, they are so gray... with pictures. Surprisingly, I did not think that they were still dating.
There is no kettle in the room.
Bed linen is natural, unlike towels. By the way, I was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the change of linen and towels is 1 time in 5 (!!! ) days. For me it was an unpleasant shock.
The bathroom was also a little disappointing.
Above the sink, for some reason, only 1 faucet. That is, you can wash yourself with warm water only under the shower. Why is that? . . The condition of the taps themselves and the shower is terrible... They are half-rusty!
On a shelf in the shower, I found a used women's razor. . . For the next half day, I tried not to think about the quality of cleaning after previous guests.

There is no soap. Oh and by the way, getting back to the towels, there are 2 per double room. 2!! ! We have rested in many places in Ukraine and have never seen anything like it anywhere. Including, by the way, Zatoka.
Water supply deserves special attention. Several times while taking a shower, I was doused with either boiling water or ice water. For those who will go to rest, I will share advice. The taps need to be opened halfway, then the contrast is less. And you will not be scalded with boiling water.
Cleaning of rooms occurs according to some strange logic. The first 3 days we were not cleaned at all, and then they began to clean every day.
Parking is paid, which is also surprising. After all, the guests have already paid for the room... But let it remain on the conscience of the owners.
Wi-Fi is available at the base. And that is all. There are very few chances to connect, as there are many guests. The laptop and smart gave out as many as 3 networks, but the password is given only from one. Moreover, I went for the second password and was awarded such a sizzling look from the administrator, as if I had come to his house and threw my legs in overweight boots on the dining table... Well, okay. Fortunately, at least I had mobile Internet.
Summing up all of the above, we will not go to this base again and definitely will not advise our friends.

Good family hotel, we had a spacious two-room suite with air conditioning. TVs in every room, Everything is simple but clean. The sea is very close. Very cool that you can with a small dog, which we took advantage of. Our "little boy" behaved well, and the rest with your beloved pet is simply unforgettable! The bistro in the hotel is distinguished by high-quality delicious food and small prices.

Good family hotel, we had a spacious two-room suite with air conditioning. TVs in every room, Everything is simple but clean. The sea is very close. Very cool that you can with a small dog, which we took advantage of. Our "little boy" behaved well, and the rest with your beloved pet is simply unforgettable!
