We arrived at the SPA, signed up in advance for all the procedures (massage + peeling + cosmetic care). In response to a question from the administration, they left a wish that a woman be a massage therapist.
As a result: the massage therapist is a man (since there is not enough staff and the administration decided that our wish was not critical), the massage therapist was clearly ill (cough + runny nose), we were alone with a colleague in the office (the massage turned out to be a pair). After the peeling and massage procedure, there was supposed to be a cosmetic treatment, but the massage therapist said that the beautician was busy with another procedure and would be free in an hour, so he would conduct the cosmetic procedure (massage + facial cleansing + mask). Having made a mask, the masseur went out to smoke and massaged his face with hands smelling strongly of cigarettes.
