At the base there is: a tennis table, a sauna, billiards, a sharko shower, an outdoor jacuzzi for children, a playground for the smallest, a small menagerie with rabbits, several wooden gazebos where you can eat or just have a good time. For the colder season, the building has a living room with a fireplace. In the living room you can find board games, a synthesizer, music. center, dvd movies and of course TV.
The territory of the base is small, enclosed by a fence, 7 cars can fit on the territory, respectively, according to the number of rooms.
The base was built not so long ago, so a good repair and everything is new.
The deluxe rooms differ from the junior suites in that they are more spacious and bright and have a balcony. The junior suites are a bit gloomy - one small window in the room, and the window from the kitchen overlooks the common corridor.
The deluxe room has (the junior suite has the same equipment): TV, dvd player, fan, kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, gas stove, set of dishes, glass / glasses, pots, kitchen knives, cutlery, and all kitchen utensils (boards cutting, grater, drushlyak, etc. ). All equipment is predominantly from Rainford.
There are also disadvantages! The manager of the base is a friendly person, sociable and hospitable and would not want to offend him, but not very neat. And since there is one at the base, he does absolutely everything: cleans, erases, prepares and does all the work of maintaining the base, at the same time both a bathhouse attendant and a massage therapist.
The rooms are not very clean, especially the kitchen and shower with toilet. We spent about 1 when we moved in.
5 hours for cleaning to feel comfortable. Before you start using anything, you must first wash it. There was a feeling that only those who live there seriously clean it, and if you are lucky to come to the room after neat people, you will be lucky.
The second minus is that the place is beautiful, so there is an active development of country houses. Near the base, 2 houses were just being built, and this was felt, since the formation was scattered when approaching the base. materials, and then noisy work began on cutting tiles or stone, and besides, strong dust and an unpleasant smell flew from this. Not all the time, but it was.
Nature: pine forest, river, meadows. A few people. The river is not the Desna, but a tributary or branch. Previously, it was navigable until a higher dam was built. In the summer there is a rental of boats and catamarans.
