When checking in, they felt something was wrong - at the reception a dog of unknown origin is held in high esteem. We booked online, then called back with a separate request for a room with a double bed, as we were traveling with a small child and did not ask for an extra bed. As a result, categorically the room is only 2 separate beds.

Heating pipes after repair - welding of joints - are not painted over, they are still black, mounting foam in the cracks on the wall has not been cut off, towels look like hard floor rags. But a special shock from the bathroom - the same dirt and unwashed black smelly toilet bowl, a stub of a roll of toilet paper. After the scandal at the reception, the aunt-administrator threw the key to another room, where the only plus was the washed toilet. The rooms are cold. Threesome breakfast. Parking is paid. When leaving the parking lot, there is no sign that you are entering a one-way street, and the valiant traffic police has already been waiting for visitors to this hotel since the morning.

We chose this hotel because of the good location, everything is nearby, 15 minutes to the fountain at an easy pace. We were allowed to check into a room for 4 adults, on booking they wrote that the room was for 2 adults and 2 children). Price for 3-room !! ! good suite (780 UAH), the price included 2 breakfasts (scrambled eggs, 2 delicious pancakes (delicious) and tea, if taken separately-35 UAH) Everything in the hotel corresponded to the description, except that there were no bathrobes, they explained that there were a lot of people on May, the laundry did not have time)))) Hairdryer at the reception.
