Immediately, what attracted attention is the smell in the room (the smell of a wet towel that has not been washed for a long time), a hole in the ceiling, in the shower room, a lamp whose plug was broken and a balcony with a view of the Children's Camp (cool when you are leaving the city, rest))) Noise, hum, etc. Add. A set of bedding for a child was brought from the 4th time at 11 p. m. , when the request was already in a rough form. And then the night, it should have been a good dream, but NO. THERE WAS JUST UNREAL NOISE ALL NIGHT.
As it turned out - it was a Generator, because the light is also turned off there stably, and the Solar Stations are probably not for the complex or something, huh! ? And the generator worked all night. The first day of rest, everyone is angry, and something was biting all night, the mosquitoes thought, but no -SHOCK CONTENT, it was BUGS. It was bed bugs. How about you???!! ? Of course, with the scandal, I asked to immediately relocate us from there. They moved us to the 3rd floor, but it's not without nuances. The air conditioner did not work. More precisely, it did NOT cool. Therefore, this is the reality. There are no questions about the territory, luxury. But the service is simply 0. The prices are KOSMOS. For example, the cheapest salad is 348 UAH, non-alcoholic mojito is 150 UAH. There are so many people that it is impossible to wait for the waiters. They call it locally - Hunting for Waiters.

Their service is really top notch, which is amazing. We spent 2 days in a junior suite. Everything is gorgeous. Pools, grounds, entertainment. . . They really have it all! Zip line, wake board, etc. The staff is so kind) In general, you can advise!
