Who wrote these reviews about a good hotel! people change their minds, it is located in the city, the beds rip, hot water appeared only when we walked for 20 minutes and asked for the same thing in the morning! Water flowed in the toilet all the time! yes, it is inexpensive, but for such conditions, it’s even a lot (((we ran away from there early in the morning ! ! we were with a small child, believing the reviews above, people don’t make our mistakes! The only plus is this guy bartender who answered all our requests!

We came with friends to Sofiyivka, found the hotel through the Internet. We did not sit in the restaurant, as we walked all day in Sofiyivka and around the city. But in the evening they ordered dinner in the room, and in the morning they drank coffee at the bar - the prices are small. A very beautiful complex and excellent service + parking was not considered for us, as it is included in the price of the room.

We really enjoyed an unforgettable stay at the Hyatt-Davo hotel! The rooms are great! Clean, the room has everything you need! Any kitchen to choose from! The chef is excellent, cooks with feeling and most importantly everything is fast! The restaurant "live music"! Territory at the hotel: gazebos, lighting, hunting lodge.

The first alarm bell rang on April 30, when the administrator called me at 6 pm and said, they say, you ordered from April 30, why didn’t you check in? I explained to her that we agreed from the 1st and we will be in the evening. Sorry, we are waiting.
The next day at 15:00 I call them back to clarify again - we will be here today, around 22. Ok. We wait. Then we drive long and tedious (from Askania Nova to Uman, we got 600 km), we wander without GPS. Call at 20 - will you be sure? I'm sure, except we're a little late and we'll be closer to 24. Can you leave the key to the guards or something? Everything is fine, the administrator says, we'll wait until 24.
We drive into Uman at 00:17 terribly tired and angry. I call the hotel and a male voice answers: there are no places. We are on armor, I say, the surname is such and such. To which he replies: we called you, you did not pick up the phone, we gave your room to others, sorry. Do I need to say that there were no missed calls or SMS? It is also hard to believe that they gave the room in those 17 minutes after 24:00, until which they had to wait for us. Surely they passed it much earlier, because the clients turned up.
Luckily, we found a kind of hostel not far from the highway, in which there was the last free room, and spent the night.
In the bottom line, we have 2 phone calls with the administration and guests who were simply thrown out into the street at 12 at night. It’s good that we are from Kyiv and theoretically we could be at home in 2 hours. And what to do in such a situation, for example, tourists from Russia? This is simply blatantly irresponsible and inadequate.
