It all started with the fact that we booked three rooms for three days. It was reported by phone that it is necessary to pay 50% of the amount for the reservation and another 50% upon check-in. We did so. Paid 50% of the amount, but on arrival at the reception said that we must pay another 50% of the balance and another plus 50%. There was no time to cook. We paid everything they wanted.

We settled for two hours. The queues are terrible. There are only two people at the reception. These people there were responsible for the settlement, for the rooms, for cleaning the rooms, for the money, someone was constantly calling them. In short, it was a pity for these administrators. There are about 30 people in line. Some are being evicted, others are being settled. Those who live constantly complain. Those have broken beds, others don't have towels, others don't have bathrobes, and so on. In short, 2 people are physically unable to serve hundreds of rooms and people. It was just awful.


Then we were finally given a number.
My brother has a broken bed in the room, the towel dryer does not work, the door to the balcony is taped. I have a bed in a very bad condition, the windows are taped. There are no handles for doors and windows (they took one from the maids). Hair drying does not work for parents. Air conditioning panels are additionally ordered at the reception. There are no TV remotes. Maid on one of three floors. One cleaner for about 120 rooms. These girls are poor. This is physically impossible for one person, and they are chased like horses in the field. All our comments were answered that they corrected, but did not correct.

In addition, the heating did not work, and therefore heated by air conditioning. There is no Wi-Fi. And bathrobes for men are very small. We asked for other robes, but we were told that it was good that there were some.

Regarding the condition of sauna pools. Less all good. Four with a minus. There are many points where you need to repair a little.
Other vacationers said that last year the water was warmer, and this year it is colder. On the first day we were faced with the lack of towels in the pool, because there were so many people.

About food. Everything is fine here. There was a lot of food. Choosing good ones.

I also really liked that there was live music every night. He played the piano and violin. Very nice.

Price: 2320 for two per day. In my opinion, the price with such excellent service is too high.

Conclusion: food, music is great. Swimming pool sauna level. The service and condition of the rooms is terrible.
