Hint: if you are traveling in the cool season, ask for a room where the windows overlook the pump room - the sun shines there and the room is warm and cozy, and if in hot weather - then the windows face the courtyard, there is always shade and coolness.
They are fed according to the "buffet" system, the usual dietary, but quite tasty food. There was always enough food, and if something ran out, they immediately brought it to the request to take food to the room of the sick child, they answered positively, only to take it out in their own container.
Very convenient location, the pump room is a stone's throw away, the market is not far away.

And yet, do not take treatment at the Medpalas, everything is very expensive there, (if only you are rich) go on your own to polyclinic No. 2, near the upper pump room, pay 50 UAH for an appointment at the reception with a doctor and she will prescribe all the procedures you want and you will pass them. If you book a ticket to Vesna, then book on their official website, then they will give you a discount upon arrival, you do not need to pay an advance payment. Very comfortable and pleasant.
The nannies in the children's room are very good and the kids always come back with crafts and a desire to come back the next day
We took the cheapest Standard room, everything suited us, they cleaned it, and when we asked for one more blanket, they brought it right away. Cleaning every day, towels every 3 days.
