I really liked the hotel, it is clearly better than Rixos for its novelty, beauty, design, helpful caring staff, cleanliness, new equipment, the spa is much nicer than in Rixos because everything is new and modern, the services are the same, but cheaper. The child is busy all day with free nannies, the cat is really entertained, and not just sitting like guards. I really like the European design of the hotel both outside and inside.
Very nice maids and waitresses. Despite not very good reviews about the restaurant, we personally enjoyed the food very much. Of course, the choice of dishes is 2-3 times less than in Rixos, but the food is very tasty, the only thing is that there is not enough choice of side dishes, you can’t always choose exactly to your taste, for example, buckwheat was repeated every day. And also just one salad without mayonnaise, you can make more diet salads and more choice of side dish. Too bad there is no kids menu! in the evening I want to order food before going to bed in the room, but there is nothing to choose from the restaurant menu - there is neither children's nor dietary and the prices are simply astronomical. One should add some normal dishes too - my opinion.
As for the spa center and medical services, everything is super, finally a really warm pool + 32-33, unlike the riksos where + 29, excellent saunas, someone wrote that it was slippery - the maids wash the floor all the time. Mineral baths are just a fairy tale, the salt room is super.

Number: no complaints. Everything is fine, heated floor in the bathroom, towels are constantly changed, excellent disposable cosmetics are not cheap (better than riksos), many channels on TV And finally free internet in the room!! ! Hurrah! ! no savings here. personally, I consider it a complete redneck to take payment for the Internet, the chalet in this case showed itself on the good side.
One fat minus is a disproportionate and incomprehensible payment for a child: if this is an apartment, and not a hotel room, they imply payment for the entire apartment, it is not clear why you need to pay an additional 200 UAH per day without breakfast for a child as for an adult ! ! if additional a seat is not provided (we didn't need it), and towels, bathrobes, third party cosmetics are not provided (we don't need either). It is also not clear why there is a payment for breakfast, lunch, dinner for a child over 6 years old as for an adult 150 UAH for 1 meal, a child will not eat as much as an adult! Even in Rixos, the payment for the food of a child up to 12-14 years old comes with a 50% discount. If the administration reconsiders this fat minus, the place will be just fabulous, you can safely go here.
