Very detailed with minuses that you should pay attention to below.

In short:

PROS:
- the hotel is new, beautiful, modern
- small, family oriented (many children)
- excellent apartments
- good SPA area: clean swimming pool, several types of saunas, gym. Your own beauty salon. They provide towels and bathrobes.
- honey. center: almost all equipment is new, many services - salt room, hydrocolonotherapy, physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage, inhalation, mineral baths, underwater massage. Mineral water is brought (Sodovaya, Morshynska, Naftusya - hot and cold) - so you don’t need to go anywhere

MINUSES:
- incompetent, negligent staff in honey. center: "put the monkey behind the Mercedes" - the equipment is modern, but they don't know how to use it. In a word - the collective farm ...Constant confusion over time. Constantly some "negarazdy" and "blunders". Therapist pushes you with a bunch of unnecessary procedures (her job is to extort money)

- food: in general you can find something for everyone, but we had a tantrum every other time because of mayonnaise salads, over-salted dishes, onions and garlic and fried meat / fish. Food is not dietary. Sometimes there were delicious diet meals, but every day you could expect anything.
- an absolute discrepancy between price and quality! The only correspondence is in terms of apartments, otherwise we recommend Rixos (better service, treatment and food, but a long-standing repair) or Mirotel (spa, sports pool, food, new rooms, but also questions about service at a given price)
- the staff is completely inflexible, which on the last day convinced us of the unwillingness to return here again
________

About us: a young couple from Kyiv. Both work for international companies. We know what a good European service is. We lead a healthy lifestyle, so we are picky about food.

About rest: Work is so exhausting that they wanted to calmly and profitably relax their brains and body.
Truskavets was considered to drink water, relax, gain strength. Planning was taken seriously. For 6 months, they began to study options for modern hotels with all-inclusive. Initially, we chose between "Rixos" and "Mirotel", but then we found "Chale Grail" - I liked that the hotel, unlike the previous two, is small, cozy, new, with all amenities and attractive apartments. Our package included accommodation and 3 meals a day. Honey. and SPA services were paid separately (simply recorded on the number and paid off at the end).

Period: 2 weeks, from 2 to 16 January 2016

What's next? A pump room with water (we were brought to the hotel, but sometimes we walked 3 minutes to the pump room). Small mall with a big grocery store. A 15-minute walk from the center - we went for coffee to the Lviv workshop. We walked in the park. In general, with all the procedures, 3 meals a day and daily walks, I didn’t get bored at all.
Hotel: new, tidy, with its own small but beautiful territory (it's probably very cool here in summer), located near the park, 15 minutes walk from the center. The territory is closed and guarded. Quiet and safe.

Inside is very nice, you can see that good new furniture. We were in the New Year period, so we got to really magical scenery, which every now and then created a feeling of a holiday.

There are only 60 rooms in the building, of which there are standard rooms, and there are also apartments (from studios to "royal"). Each of the apartments is unique in its own style. We rented an ordinary double room for the first 3 days (the desired apartment was occupied), and after 3 days we moved to a studio apartment, so I can describe 2 different accommodations.

The room is small and ordinary. Nothing special.
There is not enough space for things (the suitcases were practically in the aisle), so if you came to rest for more than a week, it will be cramped and not at home. But, it is worth noting that all the furniture is new. We had a large enough chest of drawers for things, a kettle with cups and tea, a regular TV. Looking forward to moving into the apartment. We chose the 209th room, it seemed to us the prettiest and most suitable for us from the photo. About 40 sq. m. There is a kitchen with everything you need (dishes, cutlery, board, even pots). Stove, fridge, microwave, kettle. Cooking something elaborate would be difficult, but washing, cutting and quickly bungling something is very convenient. All equipment is expensive and of high quality.

Nearby is a small table and 4 chairs. The kitchen leads into the living room - a plasma TV and a comfortable sofa - in the evenings it was very cool to lie back and watch Discovery, Animal Planet or whatever you found.
The TV hangs on the wall behind which hides a large comfortable bed. Large spacious closet - we were able to put all our things and hide the suitcases. At the entrance there are hangers for outerwear, as well as a large chest of drawers for shoes and other small things.

Bath - large sink, bathroom, large shower, washing machine. Excellent bath. Numerous jars fit. We bought powder - it's great that you could wash it! It was hot, so everything dried quickly. There was also an ironing board in the apartment. And a big balcony. Again in the summer it should be great to sit there in the evening.

Went specially looked at the rooms in Rixos and Mirotel. In this regard, Chale Grail has the best apartments and is somewhat cheaper than standard rooms in the above hotels. We were happy to return to our “home”, I could even work - it was convenient.
Restaurant: the hotel has 1 restaurant - "Teodora" and a bar near it, where you can order coffee and drinks at any time for a fee. The restaurant has a "Swedish line" system, as well as "a la carte". Didn't try a la carte, but looked at the menu. Prices are higher than expensive Kyiv restaurants and the dishes are not very attractive according to the description. Rave.
We ate on the Swedish line according to the schedule - breakfast, lunch, dinner. The restaurant itself is small, but all the visitors were placed, there were no problems. The buffet is not great. An area with a toaster and bread, salads and snacks, soups / cereals, hot, sweet, tea / coffee and drinks.
At our very first meal, we were very surprised, because we arrived at the "treatment and diagnostic" center, where we obviously expected diet food. What killed? Mayonnaise salads. Everywhere onions or garlic (in salads, appetizers, meat). We, for example, absolutely can not onions. Meat/fish fried. Some dishes are frankly oversalted.
We contacted the restaurant manager, as well as the reception. The remarks were made several times. Naturally, excuses began, saying “the restaurant is generally separate from the hotel” (? ? ), or “well, no one complains, we focus on the majority”, etc. But, nevertheless, we noticed changes for the better - we don’t know whether they acted like that, or it’s just not necessary once in a while. There were days when we rejoiced - yes, there were mayonnaise salads, onions and often fried dishes, however, most often there were 1-2 salads suitable for us. Of the appetizers, we usually didn’t like anything because of the garlic / onion / mayonnaise. We got out as best we could - we were looking for something for ourselves. For breakfast, there was almost always a delicious steam omelet, oatmeal and rice milk porridge, oatmeal was sometimes even in 2 types - in milk and in water.

Cottage cheese (homemade, fat) - when we asked for low-fat - they brought us 2 servings without any problems, so almost every day we just asked and they brought us low-fat separately. For lunch, there are always 2 soups - different. Sometimes they were very tasty, sometimes so-so. Meat and fish - almost always there was at least something baked or steamed. But there were also bad days for us (all sorts of fried pigs in the ocean of onions =) ) From the side dishes there were often delicious cereals (barley, buckwheat, corn). But of course we didn’t understand pasta and sausages : )
In general, they are rather disappointed with the food, because they went to a treatment center with diet food and this is not acceptable, besides for such a price. The money we paid was definitely not worth the food. And from the interesting - after numerous complaints, we were taken to talk with the deputy gene. Directors. Do you know what they told us about nutrition? "We're not a health center. "
I had to poke at numerous certificates and “palm branches” in the nomination “medical”, “therapeutic and diagnostic”, “health”, etc. Also, she said that she personally signs the menu and there is always something dietary and something for "majority". However, believe me, for 14 days there were far from always dietary meals.

SPA center: the pool is clean, pleasant, but not big and not sporty. So don't expect to go swimming too much. Rather splash. But when there were no people (usually in the morning) - it was possible to swim a little in one place, where the length is 15 meters.

Nearby is a phyto-bar with teas, fresh juices and oxygen foams, as well as a relaxation area with sunbeds.

Many saunas - Finnish, Roman, Russian, Turkish, infrared.

They give out towels, a bathrobe, there is a locker room (but the shower is terrible there, we went “home” after the pool).

In general, the spa is pleasant.
There is also a gym in a separate annex to the hotel - completely unprofessional, very small. There are only a couple of treadmills and simulators, but there is no barbell! In winter, the temperature did not differ much from the street, so there you need to train in a fur coat and felt boots. The hotel engineer tried to raise the temperature, but alas, he could not ...what a shame. We didn't go to the hall anymore : -)

Honey. Centre:

How it all happens: upon arrival, you go to an appointment with a therapist. She listens to “what hurts you” and what are your goals for your stay and then prescribes treatment. They can do tests and ultrasounds on site. It's not cheap. Therefore, it is better to do only what is necessary. The therapist we got was not very competent, to put it mildly. Both of us have parents who are doctors, so we are not laymen in medicine. I tried to assign a bunch of unnecessary nonsense. What did we do?
- inhalations (the procedure is useful, but only one “mask” worked for them)
- physiotherapy (my husband did muscle relaxation)
- lymphatic drainage apparatus massage - horror and nightmare. An old “suit” and each time another “nurse” “set up” the equipment for me. On the 4th time, when I told this girl how and what to do and we changed my clothes 3 times (because she squeezed my suit to the point of numbness), I freaked out and stopped these procedures. It's a pity, because in itself it is useful. But not here, and even for Kyiv 220 UAH per session.
- speleotherapy (salt room) is a cool thing, but we were constantly confused about the time when we were recorded and a couple of incidents were connected with this
- massages - we incredibly liked the masseur Volodya - that's what we really got high from. Professional with a capital letter.
- Underwater shower-massage is a chic procedure in terms of efficiency, but again, “professionalism” killed me. The staff is completely untrained to do this, so I also stopped these procedures.
- Hydrocolonotherapy - I really wanted to go through it, but the device broke down and in a week (! ) The staff did not bother to call the master (I reminded about this every day)

Every day there were some incidents - the staff in the medical center is so unprofessional. center. But why be surprised here - as we found out, they are paid very little and for 2 years their salaries have not been raised, respectively, there is zero motivation. Incredibly annoying, because there is everything for quality treatment - and the collective farm spoils everything.

Conclusion:
A wonderful hotel with everything you need, European prices, but the staff and service - alas, oh, how far from Europe. Will we come here again? Rather unlikely ...But the water really helped us.
