This hotel is the best confirmation of the phrase - advertising is always a hoax. Everything that is written on the site is complete nonsense. The building is new and that's it.
The staff tries very hard, but they are all kind of scared, afraid of everything. Their director is a very strange aunt, she runs around and yells at everyone at the staff and guests.
Food is disgusting, long wait. The spa does not work half of the procedures.
