"-" unintelligible wifi, small rooms in the junior suite (202), no beer in the cafe))).
CONCLUSION - a wonderful hotel, I highly recommend it, a very solid "troika" with a sweet ambition
But the rooms are decent.
Not very bad food and very close to the center, where there is a pump room, and a Medpalas and a pool.
The rooms are very well equipped and tastefully furnished.
The staff tries very hard to please (respect to Christine).
From the private sector - probably the best option for a family holiday
PROS: about the room: a lot of windows, in each room there is a balcony, at the entrance to the room there is a corridor, on one side there is a hanger and a shelf for shoes, on the other side there is a wardrobe . . a comfortable double bed, and in the other, "TV" room, a folding sofa) . . two armchairs (also folding), two chairs (in good weather it’s fun to sit on the balcony for fun) the blanket is very cozy and warm . . refrigerator, flat TV (in addition to Ukrainian there are three Russian channels RTR, the first, NTV . . ), a kettle, a decanter and two glasses standing on a round tray (we then dragged it instead of a table for tea with sweets), a hairdryer in the bathroom, three sets of towels for one, two small shampoos and two soaps....the rooms are warm, although the heating was turned on right on the day of arrival . . they settled instantly, despite the fact that we arrived unexpectedly, without an agreement, directly from the train . . the sweet administrator girl showed the available rooms and we checked in in two seconds . . (with all this, we paid for all this already having breakfast, spreading out things, etc. )) wi-fi works pretty well . . there were no failures oh... although maybe I rarely use it, or maybe there are few people, but everything is quite worthy...
MINUSES: (but this is so, little things, just a note) - they bought more dishes on their own... cups from which to drink tea, spoons, plates in which fruits were laid out, cookies for tea. A bathroom . . the shower cabin is living out its days . . you will see for yourself that something will fall off in one place, then the handle that switches the water in the shower will remain in your hands and, as an option for large people, it will be a little crowded in the shower cubicle) but these are trifles)) . . it was possible to dry towels and swimwear only on the balcony, the battery for drying towels in the bathroom didn’t work. . as well as ventilation. . but it’s just a note. .
I recommend this hotel, despite the minor flaws that even five stars have, the Park Hotel is worthy of living in it. food and friendly atmosphere. . .
The hotel is located in the very center, next to the pump room, the hotel has its own inexpensive restaurant, so we agreed to this option without hesitation.
We would like to note that a big plus for the clients of this company is a discount on all excursions, meeting guests and a free transfer from the station.
Truskavets during this period is wonderful, it is snowing outside the window, the temperature is slightly below 0.
When we went on excursions, we looked at the castles
, visited the Carpathians, went skiing, and then, on the way back to Truskavets, we sang in a bus with an excursion group, made new friends and we realized that we had made the right choice, so we recommend Ukraine to everyone.
Sincerely, guests from Russia Natalia and Marina.
Let's talk about the "pros" first.
-The room was booked without any problems. The administrator Galina was very kind on the phone, and, as we later found out on the spot, she is also a pleasant woman in real life. Listened to all requests and wishes;
- The rooms are very neat and clean. Especially nice bed linen and towels. They even give you a towel under your feet. Toilet paper is good, delivered almost every other day, or even every day. The furniture is new, there are bedside tables, a table, an ottoman;
- The location of the hotel is just fabulous! The park is almost like leaving the porch, the area is quiet, there is a nice church nearby, the Med Palace is also in front of the hotel, not far from the pump room, and a disco, which by the way is not heard, a restaurant downstairs with an excellent menu;
-Water around the clock and warm and hot. The cabin is spacious, you can even get water like in a small bath to sit and take a steam bath;
- Plasma TV, large selection of channels;
- the lighting in the rooms and the bathroom is excellent, they do not save on this. There is a table lamp with three brightness levels of lightening at the touch of a hand. Small refrigerator, set of dishes;
-Internet wireless around the clock and free of charge.
Few cons. Although we have no complaints about the hotel, and in particular to the owners of the hotel, some of their employees are not very, let's say, tactful. You should pay attention to this when selecting personnel.
- the cleaners come early. Just knock once on the door and immediately turn the key. So you won't have time to get dressed or jump out of bed or shower. Yes, you don’t even have time to shout “Wait! ”. It's like a speed race: who will open the door faster or be able to hold it. Every morning we were afraid of this cleaning lady breaking into the room and every time she managed to break in at the most inopportune moment. It seems that at first she turned the key and opened the door, and then knocked. This everyday stress just irritated me. I simply did not have the courage to say this, so I am writing here. A big request to the owners of the hotel: teach your maids to tactfully knock on doors.
-it’s still cold in the rooms. I understand that it’s not winter yet, but in the morning and at night we shivered to such an extent that we dressed in warm clothes and wrapped ourselves in a blanket that was added to the blankets. And they still froze. The door from the room had to be covered with a blanket, because the gap from the corridor could see through as if from the street. It was possible to put at least a threshold, the gap is a little big. In the bathroom, the batteries for drying towels are always cold, bathing suits and towels dried for 2 days. Sometimes in the morning the drying could be barely warm, but it's almost nothing. Even in the morning we could go out onto the balcony and it turned out that it was even warmer outside than in the room. The hotel administration should pay attention to the fact that in autumn and spring, you can turn on the heating at least for an hour at night. We asked other tenants, all wanted some warmth in the room. As a result, we came home with a runny nose and cough. Healed, they say.
- I had to spend about an hour for lunch in a restaurant. The waiters are just not up to the task of serving a large number of people. Although the staff is friendly and hard working. You just need to hire at least 1-2 more people for service, or at least for lunch;
-on the day of arrival, the guy at the reception was calmly sitting on the Internet when we dragged bags and suitcases to the room on the floor. Although the other guy, so a little plump on other days, was much more friendly. Helped open doors and carry heavy bags. I understand that maybe this is not part of their duties, but it's just nice;
-the Internet disappeared in the evenings, but I think that it depends on the number of computers in the hotel;
-I would also like to see an electric kettle in the room, but maybe this is not allowed for safety reasons (question to the hotel administration).
But in general, of course, everything is very fine. Maybe we're just picky and "merzlyuk" terrible. I recommend this hotel to everyone. There are few of them in Truskats. This is one of the best!
From the pros:
1. a good view from the window: the church and a small area with pine trees.
2. Pedestrian zone, cars pass very rarely.
3. pump nearby, walk 5 min. in the park (with a child a little longer).
4. parking in the hotel yard (included in the room price)
5. cold and hot water around the clock.
6. restaurant on the 1st floor
7. bed and towels (2 pcs per person) are white, clean, natural.
8. replacement of towels every 3 days.
9. administrators and waiters are very nice people and will always help if something is needed (those who do not know Ukrainian always speak Russian).
10. beautiful wooden furniture, all new.
11. orthopedic mattress
12. shower cubicle with hydromassage.
13. towel dryer in the shower room (can dry fine laundry)
14. housekeeping on request, but garbage is collected daily.
15. maids are almost invisible, but everywhere is clean.
16. toilet paper soft and daily.
17. LCD TV, with cable channels.
18. the cook cooks deliciously.
19. no artificial flowers and cheap pictures.
20. parquet floor.
21. near the Med Palace (1-2 minutes on foot).
Of the minuses:
1. bed replacement every 6 days.
2. if there is autonomous heating and hot batteries (3 sections), at the slightest cooling on the street, it is cold in the room (and vacationers from other rooms also talked about this). In winter, even considering all the pluses, I would not risk living there. But when we checked in, we were immediately given a heater.
3. touch control in showers does not work in all rooms (talked with vacationers), it worked in our room, we are satisfied.
4. no refrigerator, no safe, no mini-bar as written on all sites.
5. Wireless Internet connection is paid (at least not solidly).
6. shower cabins are not spacious, as they say.
7. individual sets of cosmetics, only upon arrival (shampoo 2 bottles, soap 2 pcs. , shower cap 1 pc. )
8. a small assortment of dietary dishes.
9. If there are a small number of people in the restaurant, the service is slow, we understood that one cook works. The owner should have thought about it, because people are nervous.
10. when cleaning the room, the shelf for cosmetics is not washed (perhaps they are afraid to touch personal cosmetics) and the shower cubicle.
11. There is no hair dryer in the room, but after a few days of stay they offered (maybe only purchased).
12. there is no playground for children (and this is the problem of the entire center of Truskavets)
If you nitpick:
The designer needs to work a little on the color scheme in the room and remove these red carpets.
I hope that my review will help someone in choosing a hotel. I wish you a good rest!
The most important thing is that the pump room and the park area are very close.
I advise everyone to try a holiday in a new hotel!! !
