They offered to arrange a meeting at the airport, they called the price 350 hryvnia, I agreed, they called back an hour later, they said that the price was 400 hryvnia, I refused, ordered a taxi in Lviv, found the address on the Internet, a nice driver arrived in a decent foreign car, took 320 hryvnia. There are very nice young people at the reception, very polite, but they forgot to warn that they are undergoing repairs, they spent a week under the noise of a jackhammer, I was glad that they didn’t work in bad weather. The hotel is conveniently located, indeed, in the center, in a quiet side street, but next to the railway, but trains run very rarely, our windows overlooked the city, we did not hear anything. We took a standard room, it is of medium size, divided into 2 zones, a bedroom and an entrance hall, a large comfortable bed with a good mattress, but very small pillows, uncomfortable, carpet, there is a TV and a small refrigerator, a table, a chair, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a lot of hangers , at the entrance there is a mirror with a bedside table, a bathroom with good plumbing, a shower, a large heated towel rail, a hair dryer, but tiny. The room does not smell of tobacco, they clean it, the bed is made, the linen is changed constantly, but the towels are somehow unwashed, grayish. Toilet paper is hard, and that was reported inaccurately, in the end we bought our own. There is a basket with soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, sewing kit and ear cleaning kit. The condition of the rooms is satisfactory, I can’t say that it’s dirty, but the condition of the bed linen and towels is frankly terrible! Bed linen with rusty stains, but the towels are always grey!
It is not possible to relax during the day, due to the fact that the cleaning lady cleans the corridors at 14:00, and since the partitions are made of plasterboard, you can simply go crazy in the room. The problem was resolved by complaining to the administrator. What happened next was interesting. The hotel has a restaurant bar with very strange staff, the impression is that the hotel staff is found on the street, and the first comers. In the restaurant, everyone is sleepy and lethargic, and they constantly squint such glances that the food does not climb into the throat! And when my wife had hair in a portion of ice cream, they looked at us like that, like - they came here and sorted out food, and a nice little waitress told us, they say, don’t worry, we still found hair! It didn't get any easier for us! I will generally refrain from the Oletya medical center. And here's the most important and unpleasant thing that happened while staying at the hotel, so I personally got food poisoning in the hotel restaurant !!!
