In a fairly new hotel, drains in the sink and bathroom do not work in the rooms, and it is clear that this is not clogging of the drains, but either the wrong diameter of the sewer pipes, or structural violations in their installation. As a result, in the already small and uncomfortable washbasin, there is constantly water almost to the brim, in the process of washing, and ankle-deep in the bathroom in its own soapy water.
From what is still very upsetting: in a hotel where a night's stay costs more than the minimum pension in the country, for 10 hours ! ! there was no water . . and it was not a global accident in the city, but something, according to the administrator at the reception, happened at the hotel level. I can’t imagine how families with small children got out of the situation. If the hotel positions itself as a resort hotel, and not a hostel on the outskirts - this is a state of emergency at the level of the embankment. advice and the issue of reputational risks. Moreover, no apologies were made to the guests for the inconvenience caused.
They also obviously saved on mattresses - they are not orthopedic at all, they are no more than 3 years old, but the springs already mercilessly cut into the body, even if you lie on top of the blanket. so, if you have back problems, you won’t get enough sleep, but on rest and treatment, you must agree, this is important.

The food is quite tolerable, you won’t stay hungry, they sin, of course, with the reincarnation of products from breakfast to lunch and from lunch to dinner)) - but they try to camouflage as much as possible). The quality of the products itself is good - nothing stale was noticed.
Very convenient time for breakfast, lunch and dinner - each 3 hours long. In the off-season, this is a huge advantage, you are practically not tied to a feeding schedule - you want to go early, you want to go late. But in the season - alas, this is food in shifts (moreover, there are 3 of them, because the restaurant's capacity is small).
The medical center is quite comfortable, the procedures are of high quality.

2 remarks - the staff is not very friendly, the girls were taught to say "pleasant procedure", but they have a sour expression all the time. The second moment - the young lady the head physician simply mercilessly douses herself with a terrible suffocating perfume. The smell is on the entire medical center and on the entire 1st floor.
