About cockroaches, that's a lie, they've never been seen anywhere!
Krystal is a reasonably budget, but normal sanatorium for rest and treatment. We recommend!! ! Undeniably!
PEOPLE, IF YOU HAVE MONEY - DO NOT COME HERE!!!
This sanatorium, as well as its other neighbors (Almaz, Rubin, etc. ), would be better off closing than serving people like that.
1) There is a terrible COLD in the medical building. Although before the arrival, I specified - they said it would be warm. It was only warm in the room from the 3rd day. Before that, they slept dressed. You will not be able to go through the procedure halfway. Because where you need to take off your jacket - instead of treatment, you will simply catch a cold for yourself everything that is possible. Especially after water procedures.
2) COCKROACHES cooked in food! When the canteen worker was called, she quickly silently took the plate and ran away, looking like it was nothing to worry about. I’m sorry that they didn’t take the phone then to shoot this trash ((I AM VERY SORRY FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO EATED THERE - you all ate what you licked and robbed... ROCKARAKES, and then ate a rich broth from them. After that we already did not eat there.
3) Do not try to complain to anyone there. Everyone there just FSUs... your complaints.
They are polite and friendly only until they receive money from you. They promise that it will be warm before booking, but in the end it is cold. The administrators say, if you don’t like something, contact them, and then they themselves ignore it and send them to look for the main building in an incomprehensible place (because they are apparently sorry to raise their place and go to the main building and coordinate complaints). They just ignore you after that. Tipo do not like something - your problem.
And upon arrival, entering the room (improved), the remote control did not work. We called the administrator's number - we were politely told to go to the store and buy batteries. SUCH ROTTEN SERVICE with an improved room. There was a dead pigeon and a can of cigarette butts on the balcony. Nobody removed it. The hair dryer didn't work and the handle on the door fell off. At the reception in the medical building there was a hysterical woman who was rude to visitors. In general, SOVOK SERVICE. You pay the money, and you just PICKED REST and spoiled your mood.
For good, you need to involve a sanitation station to check cockroaches in the canteen and the consumer protection service for procedures in the icy cold. That's all. Who wants to spend their nerves and health, come to this wonderful place.
Budget resort? Yes, budget. I was shocked that no one was telling the rest of the people anything. They do not explain the reasons for the lack of heat. You can at least print an A-4 sheet twice a day and hang it at the entrance. Already some feedback. But no one gives a damn, because someone has a small salary, and the head physician, maybe out of stupidity, does not understand such simple things. Because of the cold, my sinusitis worsened, which I had already forgotten about. In general, Yantar, Rubin are already closed forever. The same fate awaits this building. It is difficult to call this a sanatorium.
Location: good, on a mountain overlooking the park (beautiful, clean, hand-fed squirrels and birds), within walking distance of the center (beautiful and cozy place). For those who get by train - from the station to the sanatorium minibus, taxi 70-80 UAH, if "easy", then walk 15 minutes.
Hotel: normal, in the pump room, excursions.
Dining room: in the building, there is a common table and buffet. We were in common. Normal dietary food, you will not be hungry. If vacationers expect food like in Egypt, then this will not happen, this is a sanatorium and dietary food, then what is needed for a sanatorium. I didn’t like the fact that the pot with the “first” and the kettle are put one on 2 tables. And you, like, apologetically, approach the next table with a bowl of soup. It's annoying and annoying! Is it really impossible to buy more pots and kettles! It's elementary!
Treatment: the medical building is located separately but there is a covered passage, 8-10 minutes and you are there in the winter and without a jacket. We had a package 'accommodation, food, treatment' BUT! A certain amount is allocated for treatment per day, which is enough for about 5 procedures per day. I wanted to buy some more but it turns out it's so difficult! I note that every year I go to sanatoriums for 15 years, to different ones, but I have never seen anything like this! Huge bureaucracy for receiving paid procedures! Strange even! Does the sanatorium really need extra money?
Room: HORRIBLE!! ! Crooked beds, doors fall out in bedside tables, windows and a balcony door have not changed since the construction of the sanatorium, there is not even a pallet in the bathroom, you take a shower standing just on the floor and the washbasin and toilet are all wet, there are no curtains. In the room up to 20 degrees. I took a hot shower 7 times throughout the day just to warm up and stop shivering. Slept in two sports shorts and four sweaters! We bought a sheepskin blanket and it became warmer to sleep. Husband taped the windows. Once they changed the number but it turned out to be an awl for soap.
It's a shame that the condition of the rooms blocked all the good things, the mood and the rest were spoiled. You can't buy tickets in advance. Better on the spot, but pay after you see the room! We wanted to pay up but at the reception they said that just buy another room. Some nonsense! Better choose another resort!
Rooms Standard in excellent condition. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on the beds. The room is dirty. Everything in the bathroom is broken and dirty. It's disgusting to wash there.
Meals on a standard package are excellent: give yesterday's leftovers from the buffet. My mother became ill after sour cutlets ...You can't be treated here, and your health will be even worse. I'm shocked! ! ! !!
Very few procedures are prescribed. They refuse to provide the list of services included in the "Medical" medical package. Of the positives, only those that the medical building is more or less repaired.
I understand if the sanatorium was free. But we paid almost $ 500! ! ! ! ! It would be better to pay another 100 and go to a normal sanatorium. . .
Dances for musicians. Sing for themselves. Music is not for dancing.
The food is monotonous and shamelessly steal!
The furniture is old. I can send photos.
