We bought two coupons in order to use them in a row. 6 days / 5 nights in a junior suite, duration of rest 12 days. Answers on the website and by phone when we called to book the arrival date assured us that it could be done.
We arrived and settled in, but the room, to put it mildly, did not fit the stated category. The handle on the front door of the room is broken, the lock is jammed, all the channels on the TV are of poor quality, a big hole is burned on the table, covered with a napkin, the bed sheet is torn, the door in the shower falls off, and the shower flows. On all these shortcomings the administrator, Lyubov Nikolaevna, advised: - do not spoil to yourself rest, for such money in Truskavets there can be no better. We took her advice.
On the 12th day, the day of our departure, after breakfast, we are called by the administrator and begins to convince us that since the coupons were used in a row, we have to pay extra for an extra day in the boarding house, and pay extra for meals .

We decided to seek help from SuperDeal. At first they said that everything is fine, two coupons are 12 days. But then they changed their minds, and the director of SuperDeal called us and assured us that we had to pay extra, that if we moved out for the night after the first coupon, and stopped again in the morning, it would not be a problem.
