This year, it's very frustrating that you can't have coffee at the beginning of the seventh at the receptionist Xenia... you have to wait until 7:00. Although last year another receptionist could make coffee anytime she was around! And this disinterested attitude also draws attention to the already dirty gray color of clean towels in the room, to the excessive smell of bleach in the bathroom, to the line in the dining room (because the waiter simply does not physically have time).
