1) On many sites they read about a drunk administrator in worn-out slippers. Those reviews left 7 years ago - it encouraged us. In fact, Tatyana has been working since October 2016, from the first minutes she is a pleasant woman and a caring administrator, she responds to any request, she tries to plant greenery on the territory, keeps it clean.
2) The territory is compact, there are few rooms and people - calmly, there are no noisy companies.
3) We got a room in the very corner of the base - which made us happy. Next to the grill and a private covered gazebo. Number 2 rooms: bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. In the bedroom, the double bed turned out to be rather narrow, my husband and I, accustomed to our spacious one, literally crowded on it at night. In the pillows, apparently after washing, the filler got lumpy, I slept without a pillow. Next time I'll come with mine!
In general, the room is new, the furniture is not shabby, comfortable and clean.

Conclusion: for a short, relaxing holiday, like us - to escape from the city for the weekend is a suitable option. At the neighboring base (we visited a lot of places, we can compare) similar rooms are 2 times more expensive.
We'll come again!
