I liked everything, it’s clean, everything you need is there, it’s very convenient that each house has its own gazebo, its own barbecue, it’s green, there are flowers everywhere, the territory is clean.

We really liked it, if nothing interrupts, we will go in December to celebrate a birthday, but we really want to come in the fall, they say that the beauty that you only need to see there cannot be described in words.

2) The territory is compact, there are few rooms and people - calmly, there are no noisy companies.
3) We got a room in the very corner of the base - which made us happy. Next to the grill and a private covered gazebo. Number 2 rooms: bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. In the bedroom, the double bed turned out to be rather narrow, my husband and I, accustomed to our spacious one, literally crowded on it at night. In the pillows, apparently after washing, the filler got lumpy, I slept without a pillow. Next time I'll come with mine!
In general, the room is new, the furniture is not shabby, comfortable and clean.
Conclusion: for a short, relaxing holiday, like us - to escape from the city for the weekend is a suitable option. At the neighboring base (we visited a lot of places, we can compare) similar rooms are 2 times more expensive.
We'll come again!

Yes, the administrator is friendly, polite, did not kick us out at the estimated time - although we stayed for 2 hours : ) They lived in one-story houses with all amenities.

They lived in one-story houses with all amenities.
But! The conditions are absolutely not a fountain - except for 3 days to live.
There is no ventilation in the bathroom - so you need to constantly keep the door open so that everything is weathered / dried.
The plug of the working convector is broken - one of the pins was burnt and tightly soldered to the socket, and the plug was put on it - there is a high probability of a fire!
Everything is very compact : ( Bed 1.45 - given the dimensions of my husband, it was a bit cramped to sleep : ( In the bathroom, too, you can’t really turn around : (
And the courtyard is small - we had enough, but for the neighbor's children it's not enough - there is nowhere to frolic, except perhaps around the barbecues.

We came as 2 families with small children. And they wanted to enjoy the rest in the forest. And they got the BOOR ATTITUDE of the administration, the sewerage that flowed directly into the house, the absence of at least some water.

We found this terrible place on the Internet, the sites present completely different conditions and photos. I, as a mother, just want to humanly warn everyone who is now (like me at one time) in search of a vacation spot, do not even consider this HORRIBLE PLACE. This is the first time I've met people like this. And how can people do this... they are on holy ground, but they behave like that. In fact, I wanted to write much more and not with such words. But now it has calmed down a bit. Now I just don't want anyone else to fall into such a hole as Prince's Castle.

Anyone who wants to spoil their vacation - you are here. We “rested” there for only two days, but even in such a short time we felt all the charm of such a vacation. In the first hour of our stay there, it turned out that there was a sewerage system next to our house and no one cared before that, the maximum that they could offer us for this - this is to fill with Domestos.

When we stopped by to rest, the dining room was closed in front of our nose until the next season, so in order to cook an elementary scrambled egg, we had to take an electric oven, which was one for all. The prices are old, the price for "luxury" at that time - 350 UAH / day. But in general - tolerable. Have a good rest!
