I decided to celebrate my wife's birthday at the Floresta Hotel, which is located at: Svyatogorsk, st. Ivan Mazepa, 37th. The choice fell on this hotel not in vain. Beautiful photographs, kindly provided by the hotel administration, were full of bright colors and colors. Reviews about this hotel were also eloquent (as it turned out, most likely written by the owners themselves).
I phoned the administrator Elena Nikolaevna and booked a room and a winter gazebo for the weekend (October 30-31). I immediately transferred the money for the room (1490 UAH). the administrator assured me that it would be enough to mark the reservation in her journal. Although it wasn't hard for me. Moreover, I transferred money for the room and an advance payment for renting a gazebo in the amount of 210 UAH. was funny. The road from Kharkov to Svyatogorsk (200 km. ) seemed like an instant. Sunny weather, great mood, etc. Everything went dark on arrival. It turned out that the gazebo was busy and they had some kind of incomprehensible overlay. In short, I had to sit down in a summer arbor, and on the street, as they say: “Not the month of May! ” We sat for two hours, somehow fried a barbecue in the cold, and at 18.00 fled to the room, because it was +3 outside.
In addition, the mood was overshadowed by the living conditions, namely: the hotel area is small, not the right word! There are three log cabins on an area of .50x50 meters, admin. building, swimming pool and several pavilions. The people who built it did not think about the comfort of the residents, but about how to cut down the dough. Well, there would be another way out to the forest or the river. No, there are only fences of neighboring hotels around. There is not even a check-in. In order to drive up to the Florest hotel, you need to drive through two other people's hotels through a draft. Nightmare. I say this without appeal, because I have rested in Svyatogorsk more than once. I rested in hotels: Shervurd, in Smereka, etc. There is a completely different situation and the territory is large and there is a virgin forest around. And living conditions are better.
Speaking of conditions. I'll be completely honest, the rooms are not bad. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven. But as always, there were some adventures here. The TV remote control does not work (batteries are dead). A shower cubicle for children, bending over, sorry, washing your feet is not realistic, although I weigh 82 kg with a height of 178 cm. In short summary! I didn't like it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Thanks.
