The conditions are excellent: a cozy room - with all amenities: bathroom (hot and cold water), new furniture, TV, fan. A wonderful summer kitchen with dishes and a gas stove. A quiet courtyard is a great place for children. The proximity of the sea, attractions, cafes, shops. And Yulechka, the owner of the hotel, is smart, friendly, responsive, pleasant in communication.
