Meals can be ordered from them (2 mandatory). Personally, I had complaints. Almost no fruits are given, there is no fermented milk either, only 2 times they gave cottage cheese. After all, you can give kefir or yogurt for dinner, especially since almost all families with children have a rest. And in general, nice women work in the cafeteria. In general, if we go to Skhidnytsia, we will look for another place.
First about the good. Of the good, I can highlight 1) the territory (a little gouging, but overall not bad), 2) the Internet (really good for the village) and 3) the mattress on the bed (hard, as it should be). With a big stretch of the good, one can note the administrator Andrey, but so far it does not reach the money, in which case he switches to collector mode.
Unfortunately, there are more bad things. In order.
1. Number (lived in 34). Firstly, we agreed for 370 UAH. and they said that we have two children, upon arrival they demanded 420 UAH from us, motivating this by the fact that we have two children, and from two children (the second six months) it is supposed to pay extra. I didn’t understand the logic, but to swear because of 550 UAH. (traveled for 11 days) did not.
Secondly, the two-room suite actually turned out to be divided obliquely into a one-room suite (relatives lived in a neighboring one-room suite) and I would not say that a two-room suite is better.
Thirdly, it is clear that the number for 420 UAH. will not look the same as a number for 1000 UAH. in terms of furniture, curtains, plumbing or something else. Nevertheless, for 420 UAH. everything can be done cleanly and neatly, but here everything is gouged and tattered, there are no curtains on one window at all, the TV is prehistoric and does not show, the sofa unfolds itself when you sit on it.
The apotheosis of everything was the bathroom, which stank, sorry, shit. Moreover, it stank so much that it was impossible to be in the next room. The problem was more or less defeated on the fifth day and treated as "force majeure".
2. Food. The food seems to be normal (why I seem to write below), but the organization itself is fundamentally incomprehensible and carried out in the style of soviet boarding houses. That is, there is a menu for two weeks and when you check in, you need to tell for the entire period what and when you will eat. It is impossible to prove something from above, to the point that you cannot get an additional two pieces of sausage, even if you agree to pay for it (we have repeatedly observed the pictures “Give me sausages, I will pay”). It is not clear why this is so: it would seem that people want to pay money, but they are not given such an opportunity. Portions are small, mostly cereals, pasta, potatoes.
Now about like. The wife was fed some kind of meatballs for dinner, with which she was poisoned so that she could not eat anything for two days. Of course, it is impossible to prove, but she did not eat anything else suspicious.
3. Staff. Cooks-cleaners seem to be normal, the only thing is that the cooks constantly confused who eats / does not eat when. Administrators are, of course, something. As Andrei wrote above, back and forth, but Igor is a clinic, a person simply does not know how to communicate with people. Plus, they have some kind of intention to extort money - Igor came to Drogobych to get money for us this evening, and not tomorrow morning. When trying to solve the story with the stink in the bathroom, Igor simply refused (there would be no discount) and it was impossible to explain something, and Andrey said that they could compensate for 200 UAH. In my understanding, such a situation is almost a reason to return everything, I wanted 20%, as a result, the owners lost their money for 1000 UAH, although they are 200% wrong.
In general, something like this. Maybe we were so “lucky”, but we didn’t go to Juran anymore, although again we went according to positive reviews.
P. S. A separate “song” is a trampoline for children (so big in the form of a castle). At first they cheated him, but he turned out to be terribly dirty (what they did with him is not clear). There was an idea that now they would wash it with a hose and the children would happily jump on it. But it wasn’t there, an aunt came out with a mop and spread dirt all over the trampoline. Then he was blown away, he lay deflated for almost a day. Then they cheated again, but the dirt, of course, did not go anywhere. The administrator came, looked and blew it away. When we left, he was again all the same dirty tricked. And yes, no claimed pool there nim.
