We have had a family vacation 3 times in Tustan and the situation is very unpleasant. On the first night, our daughter of the 2nd river was poisoned for some reason, and we decided to return home. We still had paid a full 3 days stay + full board with meals. The staff responded to all our claims as a high season and the money is not refundable. But there are exceptions to the rule, especially since food for 4 days is not prepared in advance and at least the money for food for 3 people for 3 days can be returned!
