Of the pluses, there is also delicious cuisine, + 3 meals a day, this is probably the biggest + since competitors do not offer this "in the base". , a fairly rich menu, you definitely will not stay hungry ...

Now about the interesting;

I listened very carefully to the introduction about the rules of conduct and the most important thing that made our rest break “crack” is ATTENTION?!!!!
According to the hotel rules, they charge you a deposit of 3000 UAH just in case you or your children, for example, break a glass, lose a bottle opener, or take all the furniture out of the room!! ! and the like… they promise to return the deposit after full verification, that is (checking with witnesses) just in case…
And the point is not at all that the management is worried about the loss or damage of property, forgive me - collective farm Soviet scoundrels, echoes of the Soviet Union and this despite the fact that - let me remind you that we have 5 stars… we will talk about this later…

The transition from the reception to the building and all other directions is carried out by several elevators, while during rush hours you will have to wait a little and travel up and down to the point you need or try your physical and geographical skills in the stairwells, this is a good decision if you live up to the 4th-5th floor…
Coming out of the elevator and heading to the room, you will be greeted by unsurpassed landscapes of mattresses, bedside tables, tables, sconces, armchairs and other furniture: How do you ask this?

The SPA is quite spacious, the large swimming pool is not big enough, considering the second multi-storey building built and the maximum workload of the spa area, it becomes too small for such a number of vacationers, especially during peak hours ...

Next, after entering the room, which has been cleaned in a hurry and has an inappropriate aesthetic and orderly arrangement for a 5* hotel, we immediately call the reception. We call the first time, the second, the third and finally the fourth time - they answer us.
I ask the hotel administrator to come to confirm the condition in which we receive our room and to clarify whether it is definitely 5*. Answer: "Okay. "
After 1 minute, a frightened maid runs into the room and is willing to do anything to avoid receiving a complaint. But how will the maid affect the management of the hotel?
I will immediately note that the load for 1 maid is an entire floor. It's a lot. And the fragile, frightened woman is simply torn between work.
But the question was different - an invitation to the administrator's room, to explain why a room in a 5* hotel looks like a 3* hotel.
The maid would definitely not help us, and by the way, the maid is almost the only person in the complex who understands that something needs to be done for the guest. It does it quickly, flexibly and without questions. However, the maid is not responsible for the management and charter of the hotel, and is not responsible for "anyhow, made room". Further, listening, we hear nav? the irritating sound of the generator, which was present almost all the time (at night as well).
Then we go to lunch.
The range of food is not small, but the dishes taste absolutely fresh and unprocessed, sometimes there are hints that the products are not fresh.
WARNING! Summer, July, fruit for breakfast, lunch and dinner - apples. Apples and all. 5* hotel. It's a shame. The walls in the canteen (because it is not a restaurant) are tattered, the tablecloths have puffs, and it is time to change the cherry napkins from the USSR to modern ones. The legs of the chairs and tables are dirty, in some parts of the floor food is stuck, not fresh. Drink glasses with a yellow tint, although intact, but their color already indicates either poor washing or the need for replacement. They did not look at anything else, because the nerve cells left the body faster and faster. By the way, how to get to the dining room, aqua zone or somewhere else between two large buildings - you have to guess yourself. Information plates are already available on site, but there is no auxiliary information in the housings.
Aqua zone, and that is covered: at the entrance, we are greeted with blue towels without words.
Turning my head to the right, I see the fruits that should be by standards, at least for lunch and dinner, these are bananas and oranges, and here's a note: you can only buy them. Laughter and laughter. I remind you, the hotel is 5*.
The premises of the aqua zone in reality do not correspond to the picture on the website. There is very little lighting, the water in the pools is yellowish. In the double rooms, there are repeated falling out of tiles, where a person should sit, which is dangerous, because in humid conditions it is very easy to injure yourself and get an infection.
Having planned to stay at the hotel for 6 nights, we understand - so what? we go the very next day after check-in, because it's terrible.
After contacting the reception and saying that we were leaving tomorrow, we were not even asked what the matter was and what happened, as any hotel administrator who is interested in the customers and the interests of the vacationer would do.
In fact, we lose money for one terrible night in the hotel, and a fine for an early check-out?

Having put forward a reproach that the hotel does not meet the stated conditions, does not have the appropriate service and food, which should be 5* times the hotel (and even 4*), we are told - we have such rules. That is, the fact that the hotel robs and fools people with a concept that is not really - these are their rules, so we pay a fine.
As it turned out, there are many people like us who want to leave immediately. This is a standard procedure, in one day at the reception we observed 4 conflicts of approximately this nature.

How can a hotel accommodate people without full payment? Nonsense.
And in the end, they removed the fine in the amount of UAH 700 and we left in despair, because it was not our fault that the children were poisoned.
It's sad that customers are not valued. And the children dripped in the infectious department for 3 days...
For the first time, they returned from Skhidnytsia without recovery.

The room was terrible, the closet doors didn't close. There were stains on the furniture, stains from glasses, the carpet was flooded with tea and coffee, cleaning every other day, bedding and towels were changed on demand, cosmetics were put in every other time and not laid out beautifully, but thrown into the sink. I even took a photo of this horror. All the staff are angry, the maid said complain to the reception. A week later, the manager said that they would fix the closet for us and dry clean the carpet. Grandfather came to fix the closet and said that he could not fix it, the same grandfather came to clean the carpet and also said that he would not clean it. 5 days before the end of our holiday we were offered to change the room. It was cleaner, but with construction noise, we decided not to change our room and get at least in silence.

For the kind of money that these "5 stars" take, the ratio is at best 3. In addition, they brought the infection when they put leeches (by the way, even if you paid for them in advance, you may not get the entire amount, but the remains in muddy water that did not stick to the neighbor according to the procedure).
In general, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good rest and treatment.
