There was no strength to argue with the long journey and they came for 5 days, fortunately for themselves, because they would not have lasted much longer. Junior suite room on the 2nd floor of the 2nd building with a balcony. In fact, instead of a balcony, which was not mentioned at the time of booking, it is a French oven with a leaky floor, when someone is drying things above you, the rain pours down on your head. The view from that little balcony on building 1, a bit of forest to the right and left and a small panorama of the village below. Indeed, there is worse, as in the standards with a window on the ceiling, on the 1st floor to the trees or to the construction nearby.
A charming view, as if from a restaurant, only in a few suites and soon the trees will cover it. In the room, everything is standard in terms of furniture, a good mattress, pleasant linen. How can you not make a light near the bed? and the top switch is only near the entrance door, so you go to bed with a flashlight. The best thing in the room was the shower cabin - a real hydrobox, like a spaceship for a child. The floor in the room is old wood, it creaks and vibrates all the time. 2 pieces of soap that were given upon check-in remained the only ones until the end, they used their own, toilet paper was added only when the cleaning sign was posted, and no one even looked into the room. Likewise, the gel in the dispenser completely ran out the evening before departure, and no one thought to refill it.
Calling the reception all the time to ask for something is not why we went there, even with such a price tag...One evening and one morning there was no water at all, that's a general problem, but at the reception they pretended that nothing had happened. It is also an interesting relationship, when at the reception they answered a certain request, come in the morning, then in the morning - come in an hour, and in an hour it is no longer my shift, that is hospitality.

The restaurant generally has its own kitchen. Today you have to mark on a piece of paper what dishes you choose for tomorrow's breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no checkmark - there is no breakfast, there was a check mark on the dish - they can easily draw it, it's over and that's it...So for breakfast, dozens of plates are brought out, which are piled up on the table 2 floors together. And sometimes they are already waiting for you before you arrive, because we eat in shifts only at our table, so it is often cold. The food is simple dietary.
Delicious cutlets, fish, side dishes, sausage, cheese and vegetables, which are difficult to spoil, but eating everything dry, without sauces, is too dietary. Pancakes are delicious, casseroles too. But when you write cottage cheese, give cottage cheese, not some curd mixture. Free coffee is frankly disgusting, do you drink it yourself? And that for the money is simply tasteless, people came with their own coffee and brewed it in a cup. Food is not prepared here according to the menu.
Those who go for recovery, all procedures are performed by employees with a smile, pleasant communication. Indoor pool 2*5 m - to soak for an hour and then only in the first half of the day, because in the second half of the day they turn on the sauna itself and the recording for the week ahead. Since the weather was not great, we did not try the outdoor pool, but there are only 20 sunbeds around it and there is no more space, so I can assume that visiting it also has nuances from the organization.
The territory of the hotel is unsurpassed, a well-kept park and garden in one, a lake, a children's playground, a sports corner, gazebos, a tennis court in a panoramic location, but with a plastic mosaic covering, on which you can immediately wear tennis shoes! feet began to slide in dry weather. So there it is, but frankly just a warm-up for those who play.
From the pleasant: a wonderful girl in the mini club, a beautiful aquarium, a private pump with mineral water that is replenished three times a day, a library with an interesting set of books for adults and children, a corner for chess as a place of harmony.
Therefore, thank you for such an experience, but the hotel is too specific in format to come here on vacation again.
