We rested in September for 15 days in a Standard + room. The hotel itself, the rooms, the decor is quite decent. Staff should be trained in courtesy and manner of communication. I want to note that we made an advance payment in the amount of 500 UAH. But the hotel explained to us that this is not considered an advance payment, but this amount is a deposit for possibly damaged property. The hotel staff is primarily set up to receive money, and then takes care of the hospitality of vacationers. Upon arrival, they began to demand from us to pay the entire amount for the entire period of stay. We traveled a day on the train, then traveled from Lviv to Skhidnytsia for 2 hours, and after filling out the questionnaire at the hotel, we simply wanted to go to the room to take a shower, change clothes, etc. , but the girl at the reception continued to look at us with "greedy" eyes and did not let us the key to the room. The girl had to explain that she was wrong and only after that she gave us the key to the room. After settling in the room, the phone rang and the same girl from the reception already said that the owner demanded that we pay the entire cost of living. After paying half the amount, they forgot about us for several days. I want to note that the waitress from the cafe and the girl from the reception can discuss you while standing in the corridor and not in a whisper. The kitchen in the hotel is VERY average. Prices for their level are significantly inflated and besides, the quality leaves much to be desired. For such prices as they have, you can eat in other cafes and at the same time get an excellent quality of cooked dishes, and most importantly, fresh. Summing up, we would not recommend this hotel for those who want to relax and relax comfortably.
