Отель разочаровал... The hotel is disappointing...

The hotel leaves much to be desired! The room looks good at first glance. But upon check-in, they promised us to bring towels, which we never saw, the door handle in the shower was kept on a kind word, they promised us to call the master, but two days later we had to fix it ourselves, because while I was in the shower, the door slammed shut and my husband barely opened the door. The sockets are all torn off, there really is wi-fi, but it does not load anything and disappears every couple of minutes.
Terribly upset their cafe... the choice of dishes is meager, but oh well. But waiting an hour and a half for french fries is too much, and several times they forgot about the number of servings. The last day is etched into my memory. At 18:00 we ordered potatoes on the grill (to be ready by 20:00). Back at 19:45 we were told that it would be ready in 15 minutes, but at 21:00, when we were already tired of asking when they would serve it to us, the waitress, blinking her eyes, said "this is my trick, I gave it to someone "!! ! I'm still in shock. I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone. The prices don't match the service!
