I'll start with an undoubted plus - it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly to the sea. The kebab cooks unrealistically delicious, while in addition to meat there is also fish, it's just a drug, they ordered it every day.
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi is available. However, there was a lack of a normal closet, many things remained in the suitcase, because there was nowhere to put them. Repair, though simple, but fresh, although the bed creaked. There was also an unpleasant smell from linen and towels. I asked to replace them, they brought almost the same smell. Apparently, they are dried in an incomprehensible place.
Cleaning is done extremely rarely, and then if you ask and remind.
A separate story is the shower. Although there is always hot water, it was a great difficulty to wash normally, as the water jumps sharply from boiling water to ice.

The territory is completely unkempt, there is only one gazebo. There is nothing to do with children there - in this hotel, and in general in Sanzheyka. An ordinary village, there is no infrastructure. Nowhere to even just walk.
Most complaints about the cafe in the hotel. The choice is quite meager, while the prices are simply heavenly. Plain thin omelette, often burnt, 49 UAH. The complex lunch was tasty enough, but it was carried for a long time, it's just awful... we waited for 20-30 minutes, although we ordered by the exact time the day before. Three times I had to ask for bread and compote to be brought.
In principle, it would be quite possible to put 5 stars, but the poor cleaning of the rooms and the kitchen still do not allow this. Guys, you are cool, but there is work to be done.
