I booked rooms a month before arrival, for my husband and I and parents over 70 years old. Specially stipulated the conditions, asked for good plumbing. Arrived within a week. On the day of arrival - March 8 - we had an unforeseen delay on the way, by 14.00 (the official check-in time) we did not have time. I called with a warning, asked to have the rooms ready by 17.00, got through on the 15th (!!! ) time, did not pick up the handset of either landline or mobile phones. Finally, we were assured that everything was ready. As a result, we were kept at the reception for another 2 hours, until almost 19.00, explaining this by the fact that the maid has a lot of work and she does not have time to do the general cleaning. When we entered the room, we saw the result of these titanic efforts: in the middle of the room there was a lump of hair with dust flakes, the rugs had not been vacuumed for months, in the bathroom there was a fungus and dried splashes of dirt on the tiles around the washbasin and bathtub, in the bedside tables there were bumps and garbage from previous guests, on the shelves of the closet– intact layer of dust (number 206). Parents (number 209) have the same thing, but with bonuses: a fungus right in the room on the wall and a through gap in the front door. Beds are good, beds are clean. Towels are old and washed out. In the dining room - the continuation of the banquet. Some forks and knives are bent, dirty, napkins under the cutlery are sticky, on a thermos with tea there are calcified deposits with dirt, the dishes are cold. It can be assumed that all this was dedicated exclusively to the day of March 8, but I doubt something... We did not check, and left the next morning. Despite the beautiful territory, the pine forest and the lake, I can recommend this resort only to the most unpretentious, undemanding and unclean.
