food in the dining room is good (I'm not a "princess and a pea"), but borscht causes persistent heartburn (presumably cooks are fond of vinegar to preserve the attractive color of borscht). It is strange that this is the second year in a row (this is my third visit to this sanatorium). And the second thing that somewhat spoils the rest is that in some rooms the refrigerators were too lazy to put them in the hallway and the noise from their work does not contribute to a sweet immersion in the realm of Morpheus.

Now we are resting with my wife and child....I can say one thing every year it gets worse and worse. The food is disgusting (portions are small, everything is monotonous and not tasty). There are no restaurants or cafes on the territory. If you take the rooms, then only a junior suite and only in the 3rd building, everything else is a dilapidated scoop.

For some reason, no one asks to warm, everyone eats cold. Microwaves to even warm up yourself - no. NO PRE-ORDER! Nobody asks anything, nobody asks any questions. Eat what they put. Treatment - in general a gloom. Almost everything is paid, to knock out something for free - it takes a lot of effort. And what is the most offensive - there are a lot of nurses in the medical building - and everyone is walking, reading books and newspapers. And there are no people, BECAUSE NO ONE IS DIRECTING. There are allegedly no coupons for procedures, while the corridors are empty and the staff is walking around. Why keep so many walking staff? It seems that they want to bring to bankruptcy, and then sell. Or you need to change the management, think over the seasonal gradation of payment, carry out reforms in the medical building, nutrition. Otherwise, the sanatorium will disappear. It's a pity!

We have been resting in the sanatorium "Pushcha Ozernaya" for 6 years. I'm not sure that we will rest in the next years. Prices are rising, service and food are deteriorating (probably not least due to a reduction in the number of employees). The food is extremely monotonous (they cook deliciously and try to do everything possible from the meager set of products that they apparently have). 95% of medical procedures and examinations of doctors are paid (the minimum is included in the ticket). But the saddest thing is that almost every day on the territory of the sanatorium film / television / photo shooting, conferences, seminars, trainings, weddings and similar mass and noisy events are held. . As a result, a previously quiet and beautiful place with crystal clear air and birds singing in the ringing silence of the forest, which was previously ideal for mothers with children, elderly people who came to improve their health, and workaholics seeking to relax in silence, turns into a branch of Khreshchatyk on weekends - a place of constant noisy parties with overly energetic "masters of life" screaming, swearing at the top of their lungs; clean air gives way to the ubiquitous smoke and beer stench, packages of chips, croutons, ice cream and beer bottles are lying around. . . What did we pay a lot of money for (lived in a suite)? We will not come here again and will not advise our friends to rest here. And how nice it was here 4-6 years ago. . . The last place for an ideal holiday near Kiev has turned into a standard "hotel" for renting rooms for a couple of hours, of which there are many near Kiev. Very, very sorry.

The building is solid, but the heating in the rooms is useless had to ask for a heater. Hot water in the room was only in the evening and only after 1 hour of descent. The food is just there. Full "Sovdepiya", in the rooms of the times of the Soviet Union, furniture and accessories. From entertainment, only a TV in the room or an independent walk around the territory. More like a nursing home. Our officials simply checked themselves in as always, they themselves do not rest there. Just SHAME!

Wonderful place! And the rooms are not bad, and the food is nothing. But the most important thing is the park. This is one of the 5 places where I feel a sense of absolute peace and balance. I highly recommend the rooms in the old building, the corner on the second floor - there is a wonderful terrace in the room.
